コスモホール駐車場は、羽ノ浦町の阿南市情報文化センターへ来館する際の駐車場です。第一と第二に分かれ、コンサートや講演会、会議・研修などに訪ねる人が使います。富岡町の夢ホールとは別の建物・駐車場で、休館日のルールも異なります。

第一と第二の二百十六台
第一駐車場141台と第二75台の計216台です。第一には車椅子用3台を含むため、別に足して219台とは数えません。ホールの来場は当日の催事や案内に沿って区画を使います。運営者は駐車台数に限りがあるとして公共交通利用も案内し、駐車禁止区域や路上への駐車は禁止しています。
月曜祝日も休館する施設
館は9～22時、受付9～17時です。毎週月曜は祝日かどうかにかかわらず休館し、祝日の次の火曜も休みます。年末年始は12月29日～1月3日が休館です。一般的な「祝日月曜は開館」とは違う予定なので、休日に来館する日はこの条件で日を選び、催事の開場時刻に合わせて駐車します。
羽ノ浦の町から車で向かう
所在地は羽ノ浦町中庄上ナカレ16-3。徳島方面から国道55号バイパスの赤石トンネルを抜け、大林交差点から県道130号へ入り、約2.6km先の阿南信用金庫前交差点を右折します。約100m先の赤レンガの農村環境改善センターを過ぎて左へ入ります。南からは那賀川橋から北へ約1.7kmの同交差点を左折します。
駅徒歩十分の文化施設へ
JR羽ノ浦駅からは約800m・徒歩約10分、徳島バス羽ノ浦南から徒歩約3分です。ホールのほか和室、会議室、研修室、視聴覚室などを備え、施設ごとに行事や利用を行います。駐車場は来館のために使い、鑑賞する催事の前後に羽ノ浦の食事を組み合わせる場合も、移動と館へ戻る順序を考えて計画できます。
阿南市内の次の訪問先
富岡の市街地、那賀川・羽ノ浦、桑野、橘・椿の海辺では、移動する方面が異なります。宿で過ごす時間と昼夜の食事、目的施設の駐車場を合わせ、次の訪問先を行程に組み込めます。
Cosmo Hall parking serves Anan Information and Culture Center in Hanoura. Its first and second areas support concerts, lectures, meetings and other building visits. It is separate from Yume Hall in Tomioka, with a different address and closure pattern.

Two parking areas totalling 216
The first area has 141 spaces and the second seventy-five, totalling 216. Three accessible bays are included in the first area, rather than added on top. Follow the event and site directions when choosing a space. The operator also encourages public transport because capacity is limited, and prohibits parking in restricted areas or on the road.
Monday holidays also close
Building use runs 09:00–22:00, with office hours 09:00–17:00. Every Monday closes whether or not it is a public holiday, as do Tuesdays following holidays. The New Year closure is December 29–January 3. Use this specific holiday pattern when choosing a date, then arrive around the selected event’s admission time.
The driving approach through Hanoura
The address is 16-3 Kaminakare, Nakashou. From Tokushima, pass through Akaishi Tunnel on the Route 55 bypass, turn onto Route 130 at Obayashi and turn right at the Anan Shinkin Bank junction about 2.6 km ahead. Pass the red-brick rural centre around one hundred metres later and turn left. From the south, turn left at the same bank junction about 1.7 km north of Nakagawa Bridge.
A cultural venue ten minutes from the station
Hanoura Station is about eight hundred metres or ten minutes on foot away, and Hanoura-Minami bus stop around three minutes. Alongside the hall are Japanese rooms, meeting rooms, training rooms and an audiovisual space. Use the parking for the building visit, planning the arrival and departure around any meal elsewhere in Hanoura.
Other stops in Anan
Central Tomioka, Nakagawa and Hanoura, Kuwano, and the Tachibana/Tsubaki coast involve different directions of travel. Combine time at the accommodation, daytime or evening meals, and parking for the intended facility with the next stop in the itinerary.
