柿安コミュニティパーク駐車場は、九華公園に隣接する吉之丸の有料駐車場です。桑名城の三の丸跡の広場、本多忠勝像、堀沿いの散策などへ向かう際に利用できます。24時間の時間貸しではなく、季節別の利用時間と一日一回の車種別料金で計画できます。

九華公園の散策を車からつなぐ

吉之丸の広場と九華公園に近い駐車場で、普通車65台、大型車3台、自動二輪2台の案内です。城の三の丸跡に整備された芝生広場には本多忠勝像が立ち、堀沿いの公園へ歩いて回れます。九華公園そのものの専用無料Pとして扱うのではなく、この有料駐車場を利用して散策します。

一日一回の料金を車種で選ぶ

普通車は一日一回250円、大型車1,010円、自動二輪120円です。料金は車種ごとの一回利用の区分で、時間ごとの加算型ではありません。車の大きさと訪問時間を合わせて利用でき、同じ日に一旦出庫して再び入る予定がある場合も一回の料金単位で考えます。

10月は18時、11月からは17時まで

4～10月は9～18時、11～3月は10～17時です。11月になると朝の開始が1時間遅く、夕方の終了も1時間早くなります。イベント時は変更される場合があります。公園から町の店まで足を延ばす日も、利用時間内に車へ戻る順序で散策と食事を組み合わせられます。

吉之丸の所在地と川沿いの回遊

所在地の案内は吉之丸5番地1です。七里の渡しや旧城下町を合わせて歩く場合は、駐車位置を起点に帰着する周遊にできます。六華苑の無料駐車場とは運営時間と料金が異なり、夜の食事後まで車を置く日には、それぞれの終了時刻に合う駐車方法を選べます。

桑名市の観光・食事と滞在を組み合わせる

公園の散策と江戸町のうどん、駅周辺の宿泊を組み合わせられます。駐車場は季節で終了が変わるため、夜の食事を加える場合は閉門前の帰着又は駐車の移動を先に決めて回れます。

Kakiyasu Community Park’s paid lot is in Yoshinomaru beside Kyuka Park. It serves walks around the former outer castle compound, Honda Tadakatsu statue and moats. Plan by seasonal hours and a per-visit daily vehicle charge rather than twenty-four-hour hourly parking.

Connect the parking stop to Kyuka Park

The lot beside the Yoshinomaru open space and Kyuka Park lists 65 ordinary-car, three large-vehicle and two motorcycle spaces. The lawn on the former outer castle compound contains the Honda Tadakatsu statue and connects to the moat-side park walk. It is paid parking serving the area, rather than a dedicated free Kyuka Park lot.

Pay the per-visit daily rate by vehicle

The charge is ¥250 per visit per day for an ordinary car, ¥1,010 for a large vehicle or ¥120 for a motorcycle. This is a vehicle-based visit charge rather than hourly accumulation. Match the visit to the vehicle category and remember that the unit is a parking visit when planning any exit and return.

Until 18:00 in October, 17:00 from November

Hours are 9:00–18:00 April–October and 10:00–17:00 November–March. From November, opening shifts an hour later and closing an hour earlier. Events may alter these hours. Fit walks and meals farther into town around returning to the car within the operating window.

Yoshinomaru location and a riverside circuit

The city’s location guidance is 5-1 Yoshinomaru. Use the parked car as the start and finish of a circuit including Shichiri no Watashi or the former castle town. Hours and fees differ from Rokkaen’s free lots; choose a parking arrangement that fits the return time if dining in the evening.

Combine Kuwana visits, dining and a stay

Combine the park walk with Edomachi udon and station-area accommodation. The lot’s seasonal finish determines whether to return before closing or move the car before adding dinner.
