大山田コミュニティプラザ市営駐車場｜西側の時間料金と対象施設用務の免除

大山田コミュニティプラザの西側立体駐車場には、市営駐車場として時間料金が定められた区画があります。文化ホールなどを備えるプラザは光精工コミュニティプラザの愛称でも案内されています。一般の時間貸しと、対象の公共施設への用務による免除を分けて利用できます。

西側市営区画と東側の施設P

市営駐車場の対象は大山田1丁目7番地4の一部で、立体駐車場1階・2階の一部を除きます。東側の施設駐車場は別に案内され、利用は9～21時30分、夜間は出庫できません。東側はコミュニティプラザの利用者用です。西側と東側を同じ24時間の一般駐車条件で使うのではなく、入口と区画の表示に合わせて利用します。

60分200円と24時間ごとの上限

一般の一時利用は60分までごとに200円、24時間までごとに500円が上限で、消費税を含みます。市営駐車場の供用時間は24時間ですが、管理上必要な場合には変更があります。入口で駐車券を受け取り、出庫時に自動料金精算機で時間に応じた料金を精算します。

対象施設への用務と料金免除

大山田コミュニティプラザ、大山田地区市民センターとまちづくり拠点施設、桑名市消防本部、大山田分署への用務で駐車する車は料金免除の対象です。一般観光の駐車を一律無料にする条件ではありません。施設の催しに参加する場合と、一般の時間貸しを使う場合で利用目的を合わせます。駐車中はエンジンを止め、他の車の通行を妨げずに利用します。

大山田の所在地と車両条件

所在地は大山田1丁目7番地4の一部です。プラザまでは桑名ICから車約6分、桑名東ICから約9分の案内。市営区画の車両条件は長さ5m、幅2m、高さ2.1m、重量2.5t以下で、二輪・三輪は対象外です。プラザは9～21時30分が基本の開館時間で、駐車場の一般供用時間とは分けて訪問を計画できます。

桑名市の観光・食事と滞在を組み合わせる

大山田の公共施設への用事に、多度の参拝・温泉や市街地の食事を加えられます。移動先はそれぞれ別なので、市営Pの用務免除を使う時間と、一般の観光・食事で駐車する時間の扱いを分けて計画します。

The western multistorey parking at Oyamada Community Plaza includes municipal paid-parking areas. The plaza, containing a cultural hall and other rooms, is also known as Hikari Seiko Community Plaza. Ordinary paid stays and exemptions for visits to designated public facilities have separate conditions.

Western municipal areas and the eastern facility lot

The municipal area covers part of 1-7-4 Oyamada, excluding parts of multistorey floors 1 and 2. A separate eastern facility lot operates 9:00–21:30, with no nighttime exit, for community-plaza visitors. The eastern lot and western municipal areas do not share one general twenty-four-hour rule; use the entrance and zone signs for the intended parking.

¥200 per hour with a twenty-four-hour cap

Ordinary temporary parking costs ¥200 per started sixty-minute period, capped at ¥500 per twenty-four-hour period, including consumption tax. Municipal service is twenty-four hours, subject to changes needed for management. Collect a ticket on entry and pay the applicable charge at the exit machine.

Designated official visits and fee exemption

Fee exemption covers parking for business at Oyamada Community Plaza, Oyamada district civic centre and community hub, Kuwana Fire Headquarters or Oyamada fire branch. It does not make general sightseeing parking universally free. Distinguish participation in facility activities from ordinary paid parking, switch off the engine while parked and keep traffic clear.

Oyamada location and vehicle limits

The location is part of 1-7-4 Oyamada. Guidance to the plaza gives about six minutes by car from Kuwana IC or nine from Kuwana-Higashi IC. Municipal spaces accept vehicles up to 5m long, 2m wide, 2.1m high and 2.5t, excluding two- and three-wheel vehicles. The plaza normally opens 9:00–21:30, separately from the parking service hours.

Combine Kuwana visits, dining and a stay

Add Tado worship, hot springs or town dining to business at Oyamada’s public facilities. These destinations require separate travel; distinguish parking for eligible official visits from ordinary sightseeing or dining use.
