柿安シティホール駐車場は、中央町の公共施設周辺で使う名鉄協商の自走式立体駐車場です。昼夜を通して入出庫でき、短時間の用務と入庫後24時間までの滞在に料金の区分があります。公園の夕方閉門型Pとは時間の条件が異なり、夜の食事を含む街なかの移動にも組み合わせられます。

223台の自走式立体駐車場

中央町3丁目35番地にある、ゲート式・無人管理の自走式立体駐車場です。収容は223台で、一部に軽自動車専用区画があります。24時間入出庫できるため、周辺の施設利用や市街地での食事を終えた後に車へ戻れます。柿安コミュニティパークの駐車場とは別の場所・別料金です。

30分150円と入庫から24時間の上限

通常料金は全日0～24時、30分150円です。最大料金は入庫から24時間まで500円。日付の午前0時で区切る一日料金とは異なり、入庫時刻を起点に利用できます。支払は現金のほかクレジットカード、MKPビジネスカード、ポイントカード、ギフトカード、サービス券、定期券の案内です。

車の寸法と48時間以上の申請

車両は全長5.00m以下、幅1.90m以下、高さ2.10m以下、重量2.50t以下、最低地上高15cm以上です。2026年6月23日のシステム障害により、48時間以上の駐車申請は受付休止中です。運営者の現行FAQでは、受付休止期間中は48時間を超えても2週間以内の利用は問題ないとしています。工事や貸切などで急に利用できなくなる場合があるため、場内掲示も確認します。高さのある車や荷物を屋根に積んだ車は、入庫前に全高を合わせて利用します。

中央町の公共施設周辺から市街地へ

所在地は中央町3丁目35番地です。周辺の柿安シティホールや公共施設に用務がある日、又は市街地の食事と組み合わせる日に使えます。施設側の駐車サービスは利用先の対象に従う扱いで、通常の一般駐車はこの時間料金と上限です。周辺施設の営業終了時刻と駐車場の24時間入出庫を分けて行程に組み込めます。

桑名市の観光・食事と滞在を組み合わせる

展示や駅周辺の宿泊、蛤料理を同じ滞在に組み込めます。シティホールPは24時間入出庫できますが、博物館の休館日や丁子屋の曜日別夜営業は別に合わせて訪れます。

Kakiyasu City Hall Parking is a Meitetsu Kyosho self-drive multistorey lot among Chuomachi’s public facilities. Entry and exit are available around the clock, with half-hour charges and a cap for the first twenty-four hours from entry. Its hours differ from park lots that close in the afternoon, supporting town visits that include an evening meal.

A 223-space self-drive multistorey lot

This gated, unstaffed, self-drive multistorey lot is at 3-35 Chuomachi, with 223 spaces including some restricted to kei cars. Twenty-four-hour entry and exit allow a return after visits or dining around town. It is a separate location and tariff from Kakiyasu Community Park Parking.

¥150 per half hour and the entry-based daily cap

The standard charge is ¥150 per thirty minutes throughout the day, every day. The maximum is ¥500 for up to twenty-four hours from entry, measured from arrival rather than a midnight calendar-day cutoff. Payment options include cash, credit cards, MKP business, points and gift cards, service vouchers and season tickets.

Vehicle dimensions and applications for forty-eight hours or more

Vehicles must be no longer than 5.00m, no wider than 1.90m, no higher than 2.10m and no heavier than 2.50t, with at least 15cm ground clearance. Applications for parking of 48 hours or longer are suspended following the system outage on 23 June 2026. The operator’s current FAQ allows stays exceeding 48 hours, up to two weeks, during this suspension. Check on-site notices, as works or exclusive use may make the car park unavailable at short notice. Check total height before entry when carrying roof loads or driving a tall vehicle.

From Chuomachi’s public facilities into town

The address is 3-35 Chuomachi, serving visits to Kakiyasu City Hall, nearby public facilities or town dining. Any facility-specific validation depends on the place visited; ordinary parking follows this hourly rate and cap. Plan the destination’s closing time separately from the lot’s round-the-clock access.

Combine exhibits, station-area accommodation and clam dishes in one stay. City Hall parking allows round-the-clock access, while museum closure dates and Choujiya’s weekday-specific dinner schedule still determine visits.
