本町から成田山へ歩く位置
本町にある弘恵会の駐車場で、寺と成田市観光協会は成田山まで徒歩約3分と案内しています。参道から境内へ進む側に位置し、車を停めてから徒歩へ切り替える訪問に使えます。総門、大本堂、成田山公園はそれぞれ歩く区間が続くので、駐車場から寺までの短い徒歩時間に、境内を巡る時間も加えて訪問できます。
車種ごとの一日料金
普通車の料金は一日1,000円、大型車は一日2,000円、マイクロバスは一日1,500円です。同じ本町の車を置く場所でも、車種によって支払いが変わります。参詣だけでなく、参道で昼食や甘味を選ぶ場合も、徒歩で立ち寄る順番と駐車へ戻る時間を組み合わせられます。
四十台規模と混み合う参詣日
乗用車の収容は約40台の案内です。寺の七五三案内では、10・11月の土日祝、とくに11月15日前後の週末や大安は参道周辺と駐車場が混み合うとしています。歩く距離の短さに加え、駐車までに要する時間を含めて到着を決められます。家族での参拝では、境内の石段や坂を歩く時間も取れます。
寺の参詣と参道の店を組み合わせる
成田ICからは国道295号・寺台方面へ進む寺の交通案内を使えます。境内で参詣を済ませてから参道で食事を取るなど、車を一度置いて複数の目的地へ歩く行程が組めます。弘恵会には土屋・田町など別の駐車場もあり、本町の場所を確認して向かえます。駅周辺の宿へ泊まる場合は、参詣後に宿までの移動を別に取れます。

Walk to Naritasan from Honcho
Both the temple and Narita tourism association list about three minutes on foot from this Honcho parking area to Naritasan. It serves a visit that switches from car to walking near the approach. The main approach entrance, main hall and Naritasan Park involve further walking, so add time within the grounds to the short initial walk.
Daily rates by vehicle type
The daily rate is ¥1,000 for an ordinary car, ¥2,000 for a large vehicle or ¥1,500 for a minibus. Choose the category matching the vehicle. When adding lunch or sweets on the approach, arrange the walking sequence and the return to parking around the temple visit.

Listed capacity is around forty passenger cars. The temple’s Shichi-Go-San guidance notes busy approach roads and parking on October/November weekends and holidays, especially weekends near November 15 and auspicious taian days. Allow time to find parking alongside the short walk. For family visits, also leave time for steps and slopes within the temple grounds.
Combine the temple with approach-street stops
The temple’s driving guide approaches from Narita IC via Route 295 and Teradai. Leave the car for several walking stops, such as worship followed by an approach-road meal. Kokeikai also has separate lots in Tsuchiya and Tamachi, so select the Honcho location when navigating. If staying near the stations, allow a separate onward journey after the temple visit.
