駐車場は萱町61、松葉公園の地下にあり、収容214台です。障がい者用4台、EV充電1台分、エレベーターを備えます。通常の入出庫は24時間で、松葉町やときわ通りなどを歩いて利用する市街地駐車場ですが、改修による休止日程が設定されています。

30分150円、長時間は24時間ごと1200円

通常料金は30分150円で、4時間以上利用すると24時間ごと1200円です。支払いは現金、まちなかパーキング共通駐車券、定期券。交通系ICカードは2026年3月30日から当面の間利用停止となっています。改修に伴い、定期券の新規受付・更新・予約も停止しています。

10月20日～11月1日の営業予定と11月2日からの休止

10月5～19日の休止に続き、2026年10月20日～11月1日は通常どおり営業する予定が案内されています。次の休止は11月2日から2027年7月下旬までの予定です。10月31日・11月1日の豊橋まつりを含む営業期間と、その後の長期工事期間を分けて行程を組めます。

11月3日までの出庫、長期駐車の予定に注意

2026年10月20日付の案内では、11月2日の休止開始後、駐車中の車両は11月3日までに出庫するよう指定されています。11月をまたいで車を置く予定は、この出庫期限を含めて調整する必要があります。工事は入出庫路や電気設備などの更新を目的とした改修です。

豊橋市で合わせて訪ねたい施設

松葉周辺ではこども未来館ここにこの見学と勢川本店の食事、駅側のコンフォートホテル豊橋での宿泊を組み合わせられます。11月2日からは改修休止予定のため、利用予定日が営業期間に含まれるかを見て、各施設までの徒歩移動を計画できます。

Matsuba Park Underground Parking serves the Matsuba area north of Toyohashi Station and the surrounding restaurants and shopping streets. Two underground levels serving the Matsuba district

The car park is beneath Matsuba Park at 61 Kaya-machi, holding 214 vehicles. It includes four accessible spaces, one EV charging space and a lift. Normal vehicle access is twenty-four hours, providing a city-centre base for Matsuba-cho and Tokiwa-dori, subject to the announced renovation closures.

¥150 per thirty minutes, capped by each twenty-four-hour period

The normal rate is ¥150 per thirty minutes, with a ¥1,200 charge per twenty-four-hour period after four hours. Payment is by cash, Machinaka common tickets or an existing pass. Transit IC cards have been suspended since March 30, 2026, until further notice. New passes, renewals and reservations are also suspended because of the renovation.

Scheduled October reopening period and closure from November 2

Following the October 5–19 closure, normal operation is scheduled from October 20 through November 1, 2026. The next closure is planned from November 2 until late July 2027. The operating window includes the Toyohashi festival on October 31–November 1, followed by the longer construction period.

Vehicles must leave by November 3

The October 20, 2026 notice instructs vehicles still parked after the November 2 closure begins to leave by November 3. Plans extending into November therefore need to account for that deadline. The renovation covers works such as vehicle access routes and electrical equipment.
