豊橋まちちか駐車場は、駅前大通2丁目の地下にある市営駐車場です。emCAMPUSに直結し、まちなか図書館や駅前の商店街へ歩いて向かう拠点になります。駅前公共第一という従来の名前も持ち、日中と夜間で料金の考え方が異なります。

emCAMPUSに直結する128台の地下駐車場

地下1層の駐車場で、豊橋駅までは徒歩約5分です。場内には障がい者用3台、思いやりゾーン3台、EV充電1台分を備え、エレベーターもあります。係員が常駐し、図書館を利用する日や、駅前大通・広小路を歩く日の駐車に使えます。

30分150円、夜間上限は入庫時刻が条件

基本料金は30分150円で、日中の打ち切りはありません。夜間料金は17時～22時59分に入庫した車が対象で、翌朝9時まで最大900円です。23時～翌7時は入出庫できません。夜に利用する場合は、出庫したい時刻とこの閉鎖時間を合わせて行程を組めます。

図書館などの割引は最初に処理した施設のみ

まちなか図書館は最初の60分、駅前窓口センター・旅券センター豊橋窓口は最初の30分が無料。PLATは主ホール・アートスペースの公演等への来場者を対象に、30分ごと50円を最大4時間まで割り引きます。利用施設で駐車券に処理を受け、複数施設の割引は加算されず、最初に処理した施設だけが適用されます。

現金と共通駐車券、大雨時は入出庫制限も

支払いは現金、まちなかパーキング共通駐車券、夜間定期券です。駐車券は施設割引にも使うため、持ち歩いて保管できます。大雨の警報や避難指示、浸水の危険などに応じて入口または全出入口を閉鎖し、安全確認まで入庫・出庫できなくなる場合があります。

豊橋市で合わせて訪ねたい施設

市電で豊橋市美術博物館へ出かけ、魚町のヤマサちくわ本店で土産を選ぶ行程が組めます。駅直結の宿泊はホテルアソシア豊橋が候補です。宿泊者向けの指定駐車サービスはホテルの対象施設を使い分け、一般利用では23時までの出庫時刻を見込めます。

Toyohashi Machichika is a municipal car park beneath Ekimae-odori 2-chome. Its direct connection with emCAMPUS provides access to Machinaka Library and the station-area shopping streets. Also known as Station-front Public Parking No. 1, it has different daytime and eligible night-entry charging rules.

A 128-space underground car park connected to emCAMPUS

The single underground level is around five minutes on foot from Toyohashi Station. Facilities include three accessible spaces, three priority spaces, one EV charging space and a lift. Staff are stationed on site. It provides a base for library visits and walks along Ekimae-odori and Hirokoji.

¥150 per thirty minutes, with night eligibility based on entry time

The standard charge is ¥150 per thirty minutes with no daytime cap. The night rate applies to vehicles entering between 17:00 and 22:59, with a maximum ¥900 through 9:00 the next morning. Entry and exit are unavailable from 23:00 to 7:00. Plan evening parking around the intended departure and this overnight access closure.

Only the first validated facility discount applies

Machinaka Library provides the first sixty minutes free, while the station-front service centre and Toyohashi passport counter provide thirty minutes. Eligible visitors to main-hall or art-space performances at PLAT receive ¥50 off each thirty minutes for up to four hours. Have the parking ticket validated at the facility. Discounts from multiple facilities do not combine; only the first validation applies.

Cash and common tickets, with restrictions during heavy rain

Payment is by cash, Machinaka common parking tickets or a night pass. Keep the parking ticket with you for any facility validation. Heavy-rain warnings, evacuation instructions or flood risk can cause the vehicle entrance or all entrances to close. Entry and exit may remain unavailable until safety has been confirmed.

Other places to visit in Toyohashi

Use a tram journey to Toyohashi City Museum of Art and History and food-gift shopping at Yamasa Chikuwa Honten, with Hotel Associa Toyohashi as a station-connected stay option. Hotel guest-parking benefits depend on the designated lot; ordinary use of this car park requires planning around the 23:00 exit limit.
