Mウイング北棟を、目的地までの往復で選ぶ
中央公民館、中央体育館、女性センター、中央保健センターに直結し、商工会館と商工会議所にも隣接する駐車場です。所在地は中央1丁目で、松本城大手門駐車場の大手地区や、美術館の中央4丁目とは別地点。施設名だけをナビへ入力する場合も「Mウイング北棟」と住所を照合し、現地で入口と歩行者の出口を確かめられます。165台は収容の案内で、その日の空きを保証する数ではありません。目的地まで歩く道、荷物、雨天の移動、戻る時間から、車をここに置くか別の正規駐車場を選ぶか決めてください。
30分単位の料金を、散策と食事の長さで計算する
通常料金は30分以内ごと150円（税込）で、短い用事でも30分以内の利用は150円が発生します。通常料金だけの時間帯で1時間なら300円、2時間なら600円という計算になり、30分の区切りを少し超えると次の単位が加わります。目的地にいる時間だけでなく、駐車場からの往復、精算、車で出口へ進む時間も見込んでください。市の施設案内に通常時間帯の上限料金は掲載されていないため、「何時間でも600円」などの上限は設けません。日をまたぐ長期利用も、実際の利用時間と現場の精算条件で確かめられます。
夜間22時～8時30分と、入出庫7時30分～23時30分を分ける

Choose M Wing North by the journey to and from your destination
The car park connects to the central community centre, gymnasium, women’s centre and central health centre, beside the commerce hall and chamber. Chuo 1 is distinct from Ote’s Matsumoto Castle Otemon Parking and the museum in Chuo 4. Match M Wing North and the address when using navigation, confirming the entrance and pedestrian exit on arrival. The listed 165 spaces are capacity, not a guarantee of availability. Choose this or another authorised car park by the walk to your destination, luggage, rain and your return time.
Calculate 30-minute charges around your walk and meal
The normal charge is ¥150 per started 30 minutes including tax, even for a short errand within the first half-hour. A stay entirely under the normal tariff calculates as ¥300 for one hour or ¥600 for two; crossing a half-hour boundary adds another unit. Include the walk back, payment and reaching the vehicle exit, not just time at the destination. The city’s facility guide does not list a normal-period maximum, so no unlimited ¥600 cap is assumed. Check actual timing and on-site payment terms for longer stays across dates.
Separate 22:00–08:30 overnight charging from 07:30–23:30 access
The overnight 22:00–08:30 period costs ¥1,030. Its overlap with open hours, 22:00–23:30 and 07:30–08:30 next morning, also counts as overnight usage. Tariff boundaries differ from times when vehicles can move through the gates, so do not plan immediate exit after a meal ending beyond 23:30. For an early train or drive, consider that the car cannot be retrieved before 07:30. Check stays continuing into normal-rate hours or multiple nights with management, without interpreting ¥1,030 as a cap for any arbitrary 24-hour stay.
Check vehicle eligibility, discounts and current special opening
Eligible categories are ordinary cars, kei cars and motorcycles with sidecars; this does not grant general access to every motorcycle.
