駐車場入口は中町にぎわい健康プラザの正面ではなく、建物の裏側にあります。2階から7階屋上にかけた自走式立体駐車場で、115台のうち障がい者用は6台。冬季は収容が95台になります。高さ2.20メートル、幅2.00メートル、長さ5.0メートルが車両制限で、大型車は不可です。24時間年中無休のため、昼の買い物から夜の食事まで時間を選びやすい施設です。
通常料金と夜間の最大料金
1時間まで税込220円、超過分は30分ごとに110円で、1時間30分330円、2時間440円、3時間660円です。20時から翌8時は夜間料金の上限が500円。夜間上限の対象時間から外れる駐車は、その前後の通常料金も含めて考えられます。入出庫の営業時間を閉める駐車場ではないため、翌朝早く車を出す予定にも合わせやすくなっています。
支払いと施設利用の割引
精算は現金で、硬貨と千円札のみを扱います。5千円札と1万円札は1階の両替機を使う案内です。プラザ利用者は駐車券を1階受付に提示すると3時間まで無料となります。町歩きだけの一般利用と施設利用による割引は別の条件で、施設を使わない場合は通常料金です。駐車券を持って館内へ入り、帰りの精算前に必要な認証を受けられます。
健康増進ゾーンの休止と駐車場

The 115 spaces include six accessible bays; winter capacity drops to ninety-five. Vehicle limits are 2.20 metres high, 2.00 metres wide and 5.0 metres long, with large vehicles excluded. Standard charging and the overnight cap
The standard tax-inclusive rate is ¥220 for the first hour and ¥110 per additional thirty minutes: ¥330 for ninety minutes, ¥440 for two hours or ¥660 for three. The 20:00–8:00 night period has a ¥500 maximum. Time parked outside that period is charged under the normal schedule. Because vehicle access remains open around the clock, it can also suit an early-morning departure.
Payment and facility-user validation
The machine accepts cash in coins and ¥1,000 notes. The city directs users with ¥5,000 or ¥10,000 notes to the ground-floor exchange machine. Plaza users receive up to three free hours by presenting the parking ticket at the ground-floor reception. This validation is separate from ordinary parking for city sightseeing; users who do not visit the facility pay the standard rate.
Parking continues during the health-zone suspension
The health-promotion zone remains suspended while air-conditioning and electrical faults are resolved. The affected areas are the exercise-machine space, walking course and multipurpose space. The city states that parking, lifts, the gathering area and adjacent toilets remain usable. The health-zone suspension therefore does not close this twenty-four-hour car park.
