ラグジュアリーツイン「欅」は2階の50平方メートル、定員5名で、幅170センチのクイーンベッド2台を備えます。大人5名で泊まる場合は幅120センチの布団を1組追加する構成。モデレートクイーン「最上」は2階の30平方メートル、定員2名で幅170センチのベッド1台です。欅からは山居倉庫の景色を望め、客室の人数と眺めで選び分けられます。

Two distinct rooms: Keyaki and Mogami
The second-floor Keyaki luxury twin measures 50 square metres and accommodates five, with two 170-centimetre queen beds. A party of five adults receives one additional 120-centimetre futon. Mogami, the moderate queen room, is also on the second floor and measures 30 square metres for two, with one 170-centimetre bed. Keyaki overlooks Sankyo Warehouses, offering a different choice of space, capacity and scenery.
Room equipment for a longer stay
Both rooms have washer-dryers with automatic detergent and softener dosing, free Wi-Fi, microwaves, refrigerators and electric kettles. Keyaki has a larger bathroom and separate washbasin, while Mogami has a unit bathroom. The facilities suit a stay combining local restaurants with practical in-room equipment. Register before arrival, then check in at the door
There is no front desk. After booking, use the email or other booking message to complete guest registration in advance. Keep the subsequent arrival email accessible on your smartphone. At the room door, open its check-in URL and scan the displayed QR code to receive a four-digit entry code. A charged smartphone and accessible email account are essential; check-in cannot proceed before guest registration is complete.
Self-service arrival and departure
Room use is from 15:00 until 10:00 the next morning. For checkout, open the guidance email and scan the QR code outside the door or in the room information book. The hotel is about six minutes by car from Sakata Station or ten minutes from Sakata IC, with the warehouse area across the river. Rates vary by date and room; choose the room and complete the arrival procedures before travelling.
