一般の時間貸しにも使える立体駐車場
中町3丁目、本間病院の正面にあり、交流ひろばに隣接する立体駐車場です。入口は病院から駐車場を見て右側の路地にあります。医療・福祉・公共施設などが集まる中町サンタウンの一角ですが、施設利用者専用ではなく一般の有料駐車場としても使えます。24時間営業で、日中の用事から町なかの夜の食事まで、時間帯に合わせた利用ができます。
150円からの一般料金と施設認証
一般料金は最初の1時間150円、超える分は30分ごとに100円加算です。交流ひろばの利用者は駐車料金が無料となり、駐車券を同施設1階事務室へ持参する方式です。駐車しただけで自動的に無料になる仕組みではなく、施設を利用した上で券の認証を受けます。町歩きや買い物だけの利用では一般料金となり、目的によって精算までの流れが異なります。
白いプレートの区画へ
場内には隣接マンションの住民専用区画があり、灰色のプレートで表示されています。一般の利用者は白いプレートの区画を使う案内です。医療法人の施設利用による無料認証もありますが、入院者の車は利用できず、12時間以上の駐車は無料認証の対象外とされています。医療施設の条件と交流ひろばの条件を一律に扱わず、利用先の窓口で券を手続きします。
交流ひろばの開館と工事期間
交流ひろばは月～土曜が9～21時、日曜祝日が9～17時で、12月29日～1月3日は休館します。2026年9月29日～11月13日はエアコン更新工事のため1階市民情報コーナーを閉鎖し、2階のフリースペースを案内しています。駐車場の24時間営業とは建物の開館時間が異なるため、施設利用の認証を受ける予定では館内へ入る時刻も合わせて組み立てられます。

Hourly parking for general visitors
The car park stands opposite Honma Hospital in Nakamachi 3-chome, beside Koryu Hiroba. When facing the car park from the hospital, the entrance is in the lane on the right. Although it serves a complex of medical, welfare and public facilities, general visitors may also use it for paid hourly parking. Its twenty-four-hour operation accommodates both daytime errands and evening dining in town.
Public rates and facility validation
Ordinary parking costs ¥150 for the first hour, then ¥100 per thirty minutes. Koryu Hiroba users can have parking validated by taking their ticket to its ground-floor office. Free parking requires the relevant facility use and ticket procedure; it is not automatic simply because the vehicle is in this car park. General sightseeing or shopping uses the public rate.
Use bays marked with white plates
Some bays are reserved for residents of the neighbouring apartment building and marked with grey plates. General visitors are directed to white-plate bays. The medical organisation has its own validation arrangements: admitted patients cannot use this car park, and parking of twelve hours or longer cannot be made free under its rules. These medical arrangements are separate from Koryu Hiroba's validation procedure.
Koryu Hiroba opening and current work
Koryu Hiroba opens 9:00–21:00 Monday–Saturday and 9:00–17:00 Sundays and holidays, closing December 29–January 3. Air-conditioning work closes its ground-floor information lounge September 29–November 13, 2026, with the second-floor free space offered instead. The building's opening hours differ from the car park's twenty-four-hour access, relevant when visiting for ticket validation.
