神明町4-18にあり、古い町並みまで徒歩約1分です。長い距離を車から歩きたくない時や、食事と商家の通りの見学を組み合わせたい時の出発点にできます。駐車した後は荷物をまとめ、歩く範囲と戻る方向を決めておくと、見学や買物ごとに車を動かさず中心街で過ごせます。飲食店の昼の最終注文も含めて徒歩の行程を作れます。
