駐車場は24時間利用でき、通常は事前予約を受け付けません。トイレは隣接する高山駅西交流広場の公衆トイレを使います。所定の障害者手帳所持者が運転・同乗する車や車いす利用者には料金免除制度があり、係員へ提示、不在時はインターホンで手続きします。駅周辺で休憩してから、次の町歩きや車での移動へ出発できます。

Start from the station’s west side

Receive three free hours with Takumi Bus
Park a standard car here, take its parking ticket onto Takumi Bus and show it to the driver to receive three hours of parking free. The bus fare is ¥100 per ride. The parking benefit applies to standard cars, not buses or motorcycles. Take the ticket when leaving the vehicle, and coordinate the sightseeing bus journey with the intended time back at the car.
Hourly charging bands for cars and buses
Cars cost ¥150 per started thirty minutes 08:00–20:00 and ¥50 per started hour 20:00–08:00. Without the bus benefit, four daytime hours amount to ¥1,200. Bus charges are ¥1,200 for the first hour 08:00–17:00 and ¥300 per started hour 17:00–08:00. Keep the car changeover at 20:00 separate from the bus changeover at 17:00.
Public toilets and twenty-four-hour use
The lot opens twenty-four hours and ordinarily accepts no advance reservations. Use the public toilets in the adjacent Takayama Station West Exchange Plaza. Vehicles driven by or carrying qualifying disability-certificate holders, and wheelchair users, can receive fee exemptions by presenting the relevant evidence to staff or using the intercom. Plan a station-area break before continuing on foot or returning to road travel.
