下蒲刈市民センター前の駐車場は、三之瀬の文化施設を徒歩で巡る際に案内される無料駐車場です。とびしま海道の最初の島で車を置き、美術館、庭園、港町の石畳の景色を組み合わせられます。複数の文化施設が共用する駐車拠点として、見学の順路を決めて使えます。

三之瀬の共用駐車拠点
蘭島文化振興財団は、施設へ車で訪れる際に下蒲刈市民センター前の無料駐車場を案内しています。利用案内の台数は50台で、大型バスも対応します。蘭島閣美術館だけの専用駐車場ではなく、周囲の文化施設を徒歩で組み合わせる拠点です。施設ごとの移動に合わせ、港町の景色を見ながら歩けます。
施設の入館時間と駐車を分ける
財団施設の基本開館は9～17時、入館16時30分までで、火曜は祝日の場合に翌日休です。駐車料金が無料でも美術館や庭園の入館料は別に必要で、展示替えや会期の条件も施設ごとです。屋内の鑑賞を先に済ませ、外の散策を加えるなど、開館時間に合わせて見学できます。
安芸灘大橋の通行と助成条件
呉市街から国道185号方面へ進み、有料の安芸灘大橋を渡ると下蒲刈島です。橋を現金払いで渡り、指定施設の利用額合計が1,000円以上の場合は、帰りの通行券を受ける助成制度があります。駐車するだけで自動的に橋代が無料になるものではなく、往路の支払い方法と指定施設の利用条件を合わせて選べます。
広駅からのバスと港町の散策
車のほか、広駅前や広交差点、中国労災病院から豊・豊浜・蒲刈方面のバスで「三之瀬」に向かえます。三之瀬バス停から松濤園は徒歩約2分、蘭島閣美術館約4分、御本陣芸術文化館約7分です。これらはバス停からの徒歩時間で、駐車区画からの時間とは異なります。石畳や海辺の散歩と施設見学を組み合わせられます。
呉市内で組み合わせる訪問先
呉市は中心の港町から川尻・安浦、音戸・倉橋、とびしま海道の島々へ広がります。下の施設は市内の別分野の訪問先です。地域が異なる施設は車やバスでの移動時間を取り、橋の通行料、食事の締切、宿の到着時間に合わせて組み合わせられます。駐車場は訪れる地域と出入庫条件で選べます。
The free parking in front of Shimokamagari Civic Centre is recommended for walking visits to Sannose’s cultural venues. On the first Tobishima island, leave the car to combine museums, gardens and stone-paved harbour streets. It serves as a shared arrival point for several separate attractions.

Shared parking for Sannose visits
The Ranto Cultural Promotion Foundation directs drivers to free parking in front of the civic centre, listing fifty spaces and bus access. This is shared arrival parking for nearby cultural venues, rather than fifty spaces dedicated solely to Rantokaku Art Museum. Combine the venues with harbour-town walking.
Venue opening hours and parking
Foundation venues normally open 09:00–17:00, last entry 16:30, closing Tuesdays or the following day after a holiday. Free parking is separate from museum and garden admission, and individual exhibition periods may differ. Arrange indoor visits and outdoor walks around those opening hours.
Akinada tolls and assistance conditions
Follow the Route 185 direction from Kure and cross the tolled Akinada Bridge to Shimokamagari. A return-ticket assistance scheme applies when the outward toll is paid in cash and spending at designated facilities totals at least ¥1,000. Eligibility depends on payment and spending conditions, rather than parking alone.
Buses from Hiro and walking through the port
Buses from Hiro Station, Hiro intersection or Chugoku Rosai Hospital towards the islands serve Sannose. From that bus stop, Shotoen is about two minutes on foot, Rantokaku four and Gohonjin seven. These are bus-stop walking estimates, distinct from distances from individual parking spaces. Combine the venues with stone-paved streets and the shore.

アレイからすこじま駐車場は船見町5-5、普通車28台・大型バス10台の無料観光駐車場。8～20時で、20時以降は施錠されます。予約制ではなく、工事や検診など観光以外の目的は対象外。港の公園の散策と駐車場の利用時間は分けて計画できます。
