手柄山第1立体駐車場は、水族館や手柄山交流ステーションへ向かう際に使える公園内の駐車場です。3階から連絡通路に出られ、丘の上の施設へ歩いて回れます。料金は時間加算ではなく営業時間内の1回200円で、将来の精算機工事期間には利用を休止する予定です。

三階連絡通路から水族館方面へ
延末130-1にある地上4階の立体駐車場です。477台のうち障害者用は6区画で、飲料自動販売機とトイレを備えます。3階から連絡通路に出られ、姫路市立水族館、手柄山交流ステーション、緑の相談所などへ向かえます。
営業時間内の一回料金と現金精算
8時30分～22時に営業し、営業時間内を一日として1回200円です。精算は現金のみで、硬貨または千円札を使います。新しい千円札には対応していますが、二千円・五千円・一万円札、クレジットカード、電子マネーは使えません。
二〇二七年春の精算機工事
2026年10月時点では営業しています。周辺9駐車場を5ブロックに分けて順次工事する計画のうち、第1立体駐車場は2027年4月中旬～6月下旬に精算機改修予定で、工事中は利用できません。同じ時期に温室植物園前駐車場も工事対象です。工期は進捗で前後する場合があります。
車の大きさと公園での利用
長さ5m以上、幅2.5m以上、高さ2.2m以上のいずれかに該当するバスやキャンピングカー等は入れず、牽引車も駐車できません。水族館や交流ステーションなど、公園内の複数施設を歩いて巡る起点になります。利用は22時の営業終了に合わせて組み立てられます。

Third-floor passage toward the aquarium
The four-storey structure at 130-1 Nobusue has 477 spaces, six accessible bays, drink vending machines and toilets. A third-floor connecting passage leads toward Himeji City Aquarium, Tegarayama Exchange Station and the gardening consultation centre.
A per-entry fee and cash payment
Hours are 08:30–22:00, with a ¥200 fee for each entry within the operating day. Payment is cash only using coins or ¥1,000 notes, including the new ¥1,000 design. ¥2,000, ¥5,000 and ¥10,000 notes, credit cards and electronic money are not accepted.
Payment-machine works in spring 2027
The car park is operating as of October 2026. A programme divides nine surrounding car parks into five groups for sequential works. No.1 is scheduled for payment-machine replacement from mid-April to late June 2027, when it cannot be used. The greenhouse-front car park belongs to the same work period. Dates may shift with progress.
Vehicle dimensions and park visits
Coaches, campers and other vehicles are excluded if they are at least five metres long, 2.5 metres wide or 2.2 metres high; towing vehicles are also prohibited. The car park provides a starting point for walks between the aquarium, Exchange Station and other park facilities, with visits planned around the 22:00 closing time.
