場所は本町68-269、城内図書館の西側です。平面式148台のうち障害者用区画は3台。シロトピア記念公園と城内図書館まで徒歩約1分、兵庫県立歴史博物館まで約3分で、城の北側の散策に使えます。姫路城正面入口までは徒歩約15分です。
入庫から数える四段階の料金
最初の30分は無料です。最初の入庫時刻から1時間以内は200円、1時間を超えて3時間以内は600円、3時間を超えて24時間以内は900円となります。無料時間を過ぎた後から新たに時間を数える方式ではなく、最初の入庫時刻が基準です。1日は入庫から24時間で区切ります。
終日利用とキャッシュレス精算
自動料金精算式で終日営業します。現金のほか、VISA・Mastercard・JCBや交通系IC、WAON、iDなどの電子マネーを使えます。障害者用区画はありますが、この駐車場に障害者割引はありません。混雑時の出庫待ち時間も駐車時間に含まれます。
車両の大きさと利用の範囲

The first thirty minutes are free. Charges are ¥200 up to one hour, ¥600 for over one hour through three hours, and ¥900 for over three hours through twenty-four hours. All bands run from the original entry time, rather than restarting after the free period. A day is measured as twenty-four hours from entry.

Automatic fee collection operates around the clock. Pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard or JCB, or electronic money including transport IC cards, WAON and iD. Accessible bays are provided, but this car park has no disability discount. Time spent waiting to exit during congestion is included in the charged stay.
Vehicle dimensions and permitted use
Vehicles such as coaches or campers cannot use the car park if they are at least five metres long, 2.5 metres wide or 2.2 metres high; vehicles with trailers are also excluded. Sleeping overnight in the car park is prohibited. It suits ordinary-car visits to the northern parks and museum followed by a walk around the castle.
