天神地下街駐車場は、天神の買い物や食事に使える時間貸し駐車場です。南と北の入口で地下街へつながり、夜間には時間帯を区切った上限料金があります。車を置ける時間と実際に出し入れできる時間が異なるため、夕食後や翌朝の出発時刻まで含めて利用を組み立てられます。

昭和通りの北入口と渡辺通りの南入口
北駐車場は昭和通りの福岡文学館前から右車線へ、南駐車場は渡辺通りの三越前から入ります。南272台、北119台の計391台で、どちらも地下街の店舗や周辺の商業施設へ向かう拠点になります。福岡都市高速の天神北ランプからは約5分。目的の店だけでなく、帰りに車を受け取る側の入口も意識すると、地下街を南北に歩く予定を組みやすくなります。
夜間1,000円の対象区間と入出庫時間
通常は30分ごと270円で、16時～翌9時の区間は1,000円が上限です。この時間帯を外れる部分は通常料金の対象となります。営業は6時30分～24時で、0～6時30分には入庫も出庫もできず、1月1日は休業します。夜間料金で車を置く場合も、早朝6時30分前には出発できません。精算はクレジットカードと電子マネーに全精算機が対応します。
車高と荷物を含めた大きさ、車中泊の禁止
利用できる車両は、積載物や取り付けた物を含め全長5.5m、全幅2m、全高2m、総重量5tを超えないものです。ルーフキャリアや屋根上の荷物も高さに含まれます。駐車中の車内を含め、場内での宿泊は禁止されています。車を停めたまま一晩をまたぐ使い方と、車内に泊まる行為を分けて予定を立て、駐車券は車内に残さず携帯します。
アプリとレシートで受ける1時間サービス
地下街の対象店舗の当日レシート合計5,000円以上、てんちかポイントアプリ、当日の駐車券の3点を提示すると1時間のサービスを受けられます。インフォメーションとアプリカウンターは10～20時に対応し、それ以外の営業時間帯は駐車場管理事務所で引き換えます。コンビニや一部店舗、イベントコーナーなどは対象外です。周辺商業施設の提携サービスは施設ごとに金額や条件が異なります。

Tenjin Underground parking serves shopping and dining in central Tenjin, with separate north and south entrances connected to the underground mall. An evening-to-morning cap applies within a defined time band. Parking availability and vehicle-access hours differ, so consider both the end of an evening out and the following morning’s departure.

Choose the north or south entrance
The north entrance is on Showa-dori by Fukuoka Literature Museum, approached in the right-hand lane; the south entrance is on Watanabe-dori in front of Mitsukoshi. There are 272 south spaces and 119 north spaces. Tenjin-kita exit on the Fukuoka Urban Expressway is about five minutes away. Choose the approach with both the intended shops and the return to the car in mind.
Understand the evening cap and locked hours
The standard rate is ¥270 per thirty minutes, with a ¥1,000 cap for the 16:00–09:00 band. Time outside that band is charged at the standard rate. Vehicle access is 06:30–24:00; neither entry nor exit is possible from midnight to 06:30, and January 1 is closed. Leaving a car under the evening tariff therefore does not allow a departure before 06:30. All payment machines accept credit cards and electronic money.
Check dimensions including accessories
Vehicles must not exceed 5.5m long, 2m wide, 2m high or 5t gross weight, including loads and attached equipment. Roof carriers and roof-mounted luggage count towards the height. Sleeping in the car park, including inside a parked vehicle, is prohibited. An overnight parking period is therefore distinct from using the vehicle as accommodation. Carry the parking ticket with you rather than leaving it inside the car.
Validate with the app and shopping receipts
Present three items for one hour’s validation: qualifying same-day mall receipts totalling at least ¥5,000, the Tenchika Point app and that day’s parking ticket. Information and app counters handle exchanges 10:00–20:00; the parking offices handle the remaining opening hours. Convenience stores, certain other shops and the event area are excluded. Partner department stores and other nearby facilities have their own spending thresholds and conditions.

大濠公園北側の普通車104台・予約制観光バス2台の駐車場。普通車は最初2時間220円、以後30分170円。5～9月は5～23時、10～4月は7～23時で、時間外は入出庫できず料金は加算されます。中・大型車は最初3時間1,560円、以後30分260円。西公園ランプから約5分です。
