海の中道海浜公園の西駐車場は、動物の森、大芝生広場、バラ園や花の丘など、西側の施設へ向かう駐車場です。広い公園内の各駐車場は目的地に合わせて選べ、当日の移動には精算時に発行する券を使います。駐車料と公園の入園料、最終入庫時刻を分けて予定を立てられます。

西口から動物の森と花のエリアへ
西駐車場は西口・西サイクリングセンター口に近く、動物の森、大芝生広場、花時計、フラワーミュージアム、バラ園、花の丘へ便利です。普通車1,739台、大型31台、二輪30台、障がい者用12台という区分で案内されています。水族館のマリンワールド駐車場とは別です。広い公園を訪ねる際には、見たい施設が西側に集まるかどうかで駐車位置を選べます。
普通車600円とパスポートの割引
駐車料金は普通車600円、大型車1,600円、二輪車300円で、入庫から30分以内に出場した場合は無料です。有効な国営公園年間パスポートを提示すると普通車300円・二輪150円になります。大型車の区分は高さ2.7m以上、総重量8t以上、最大積載量5t以上、乗車定員30名以上のいずれかに該当する車両です。公園入園料は別で、通常は15歳以上450円、65歳以上210円、中学生以下無料です。
季節の閉園時刻と2026年度の休園日
通常開園は3～10月9時30分～17時30分、11～2月9時30分～17時で、駐車場への入庫はそれぞれ16時30分・16時まで、退場は閉園時刻に準じます。予約はできません。2026年度は12月31日・1月1日、1月第3月曜から直後の金曜の休日以外に加え、指定期間の火曜も休園します。火曜休園の期間は6月1日～7月第3火曜、9月、11月10日～12月30日、1月第1・2火曜、1月第4火曜～3月第3火曜で、火曜が休日なら直後の平日に振り替えます。
精算と当日の駐車場間移動
入庫時に駐車券を取り、電子マネーはiDを除いて利用できます。西口と西サイクリングセンター口には事前精算機があります。当日中に別の対象駐車場へ移る場合は、出庫時の支払い後に領収書ボタンを押してサービス券を受け取ります。移動先でも駐車券を取り、帰りの精算時にその駐車券、サービス券の順に挿入します。マリンワールドも移動対象ですが、公園のパスポート等の減免は同駐車場では適用外です。

The West car park serves the western part of Uminonakamichi Seaside Park, including Animal Forest, the large lawn, rose garden and Flower Hill. Choose among the park’s parking areas according to the destination, using a payment-issued ticket when transferring on the same day. Plan separately for parking charges, park admission and the last vehicle-entry time.

Use the west gates for animals and flowers
The West car park is near the West Gate and West Cycling Center Gate, convenient for Animal Forest, the large lawn, flower clock, Flower Museum, rose garden and Flower Hill. Listed categories are 1,739 cars, 31 large vehicles, thirty motorcycles and twelve accessible spaces. This is separate from Marine World’s aquarium car park. Decide whether the western attractions match the day’s plan before choosing this area.
Standard charges and pass discounts
Parking costs ¥600 for cars, ¥1,600 for large vehicles and ¥300 for motorcycles; leaving within thirty minutes of entry is free. A valid national government park annual pass reduces car parking to ¥300 and motorcycles to ¥150. A vehicle counts as large if any criterion applies: height at least 2.7m, gross weight at least 8t, load capacity at least 5t or capacity of at least thirty passengers. Park admission is separate: normally ¥450 age fifteen and above, ¥210 age sixty-five and above, and free through junior high school.
Allow for seasonal closing and closure days
Normal opening is 09:30–17:30 March–October and 09:30–17:00 November–February. Last parking entry is therefore 16:30 or 16:00, with exit by park closing. Reservations are unavailable. Fiscal 2026 closures include December 31, January 1 and non-holiday weekdays from January’s third Monday through the following Friday. Tuesday closures apply June 1–July’s third Tuesday, September, November 10–December 30, January’s first/second Tuesdays and January’s fourth Tuesday–March’s third Tuesday. A holiday Tuesday shifts closure to the next weekday.
Pay and transfer between lots on the same day
Take a ticket on entry. Electronic money is accepted except iD, and prepayment machines are available at the West Gate and West Cycling Center Gate. For a same-day transfer, pay before leaving the first participating lot and press the receipt button to obtain a service ticket. Take a new parking ticket at the next lot, then insert that ticket followed by the service ticket when settling. Marine World participates in transfers, but the park’s annual-pass and other admission-gate reductions do not apply in its car park.
