地下3階の川端地下を選んで入る
川端地下駐車場は387台で、リバレインセンタービル・ホテルオークラ福岡ビルの地下3階にあります。地下4階のリバレイン第2駐車場、博多座側の第1駐車場とは別です。川端地下は24時間営業で、普通車は30分200円。中洲川端の飲食や買い物、美術鑑賞を組み合わせる際も、入庫した駐車場名と階を覚えて戻ると位置を把握しやすくなります。
車幅2m、車高2.1mまでの車両寸法
車両サイズは全長5.6m、全幅2m、全高2.1m、重量2.3tです。リバレイン第1は高さ1.55m、第2は高さ2mという別の案内になっているため、施設名が似ていても車を同じ条件で入れられるわけではありません。背の高い車や幅のある車は、川端地下の表示と自車の寸法を合わせて進みます。買い物客向けの時間貸し利用もできる駐車場です。
二輪車と電気自動車、手帳による割引
50ccを超える自動二輪車用は40台分で、24時間利用でき、30分50円・1日500円上限です。電気自動車向けには200V普通充電器1台があり、1回4時間500円、連続2回まで、入口管理室で受け付けます。障がい者手帳等の対象証明を入庫時に提示すると、管理室で2時間の無料券を交付する案内です。車の駐車料金と充電料金、二輪料金をそれぞれ分けて利用できます。
中洲川端駅直結の複合施設を拠点にする
博多リバレインは地下鉄空港線・箱崎線の中洲川端駅6・7番出口に直結します。車では都市高速呉服町ランプから約3分、千代ランプから約7分、博多駅から約10分の案内です。美術館や劇場、専門店が集まる地区で、駐車後は徒歩で目的地へ向かえます。50cc以下の原付と自転車には、ホテルオークラ福岡ビル地下1階に別の市営駐輪場があります。

Kawabata Underground parking provides a base beneath the Riverain area, including Fukuoka Asian Art Museum. It occupies B3 of the Riverain Center and Hotel Okura Fukuoka buildings and is open around the clock. The nearby Riverain No. 1 and No. 2 car parks have different locations, access hours and vehicle limits.

Identify the B3 Kawabata car park
Kawabata’s 387 spaces are on B3 of the Riverain Center and Hotel Okura Fukuoka buildings. They are separate from Riverain No. 2 on B4 and No. 1 on the Hakataza side. Kawabata is open twenty-four hours and charges cars ¥200 per thirty minutes. When combining shopping, art and meals around Nakasu-Kawabata, note the car park’s name and floor for the return journey.
Match the vehicle to this entrance
Listed vehicle dimensions are 5.6m long, 2m wide, 2.1m high and 2.3t. Riverain No. 1 instead lists a 1.55m height limit, while No. 2 lists 2m, so the similar names do not indicate interchangeable vehicle conditions. For a taller or wider car, follow the Kawabata Underground signs and compare its limits with the vehicle. The car park accepts ordinary short-stay visitors as well as people visiting the complex.
Motorcycles, charging and disability validation
Separate parking for forty motorcycles over 50cc is open twenty-four hours at ¥50 per thirty minutes, capped at ¥500 a day. One 200V ordinary EV charger costs ¥500 for a four-hour session, with up to two consecutive sessions; arrange use at the entrance office. Eligible disability documents presented on arrival qualify for a two-hour free ticket from the office. Car parking, charging and motorcycle tariffs are separate charges.
Use the connected Riverain complex
Riverain connects directly to exits 6 and 7 of Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the Airport and Hakozaki subway lines. Driving estimates are about three minutes from Gofukumachi expressway exit, seven from Chiyo and ten from Hakata Station. Galleries, theatres and shops make the complex a base for walking visits. Mopeds of 50cc or less and bicycles use a separate municipal bicycle park on B1 of the Hotel Okura Fukuoka building.
