全日60分200円で、駐車後24時間の最大料金は700円、繰り返し適用です。日付が変わると終わる上限ではなく、駐車した時刻から24時間を基準にします。短い駅の用事と長めの列車利用では料金の構成が変わるため、入庫から帰着までの時間で考えられます。駅前地下やビッグシップ前の料金とは別で、この駐車場の券と精算機で会計する利用になります。
当日1000円の買物で2時間優待
シャミネ米子で当日合計税込1,000円以上を購入すると、2時間の駐車優待があります。別の店のレシートも合算できます。ただし、プリペイド式カード・ギフト券・商品券の購入や、プリペイド式カードへのチャージのレシートは対象外です。食事と土産の買物を組み合わせる場合は、当日の対象レシートをまとめて保管すると、合算条件に合わせて利用できます。

Hourly rates and repeating 24-hour caps
The charge is ¥200 per sixty minutes every day, with a repeating ¥700 cap for each twenty-four hours after parking. The cap follows the time parked rather than ending at midnight. A short station errand and a longer train journey therefore have different charging patterns. Plan around the interval from entry to return, and use this facility’s ticket and payment system rather than the different rates at the underground or Big Ship Front car parks.
Two free hours for eligible shopping
Eligible same-day purchases totalling ¥1,000 including tax at Shamine Yonago earn two free parking hours. Receipts from different shops can be combined. Purchases of prepaid cards, gift certificates or vouchers, and prepaid-card top-ups, are excluded. If combining a café meal with souvenir shopping, keep the eligible receipts together so the same-day total can be used for the validation service.
Capacity, vehicle limits and payment
The forty-six spaces accept vehicles up to five metres long, 1.9 metres wide, 2.1 metres high and 2.5 tonnes. Payment options include cash, credit cards, electronic money, Times points and eligible Times ticket products. Length and weight are part of the restrictions as well as height, so check the whole vehicle. This is ordinary hourly parking, available at standard rates even without a purchase at the shopping facility.

At 2 Yayoicho, the car park serves Shamine and the wider station district. Vehicles can enter or leave twenty-four hours, while individual shops have their own schedules. For example, L’ecrin on the second floor opens 08:00–20:00; the shopping facility closes irregularly. When relying on shopping validation, coordinate the visit with shop hours. A late-night vehicle departure follows the car park’s separate access conditions.
