最初1時間200円と昼夜の上限
8～18時は最初の1時間まで200円、以後1時間100円で、昼間上限700円です。18～翌8時は1時間100円、夜間上限500円。入場から24時間ごとの上限は1,200円で、昼と夜をまたぐ利用にも上限があります。短時間の最初の料金は地下や駅南の30分以内無料と異なります。長めの市街歩きと短い立寄りでは、料金と目的地への歩行を合わせて駐車場所を選べます。
116区画の青空駐車と二輪車不可
駐車場は平面式の青空駐車で116区画、うち車椅子用1区画があります。利用車両の大きさは長さ約5メートル、幅約2メートルまでです。自動二輪車は駐車できません。地下階へ下る駐車場ではありませんが、車種に関係なく無条件で置ける施設ではないため、車の寸法を合わせて利用します。雨や夏の日差しがある日は、車から目的地まで屋外を歩く時間も考慮できます。
24時間営業と駅周辺での利用
年中無休で24時間営業し、駅周辺の買物や観光に一般の時間貸し利用ができます。北側の市街で食事をしてから駅へ向かう場合や、夜間に車を出す予定でも選べます。米子駅前地下駐車場は0～5時に入出場できないため、同じ駅周辺でも帰着時刻によって選択が変わります。万能町と駅南は別の施設なので、待合せや駐車位置の記録には駐車場名を残しておくと戻りやすくなります。
共通回数券と夜間定額の条件
100円券は11枚1,000円、60枚5,000円、130枚1万円で、地下・駅南の駐車場とも共通利用できます。夜間定額券は15時～翌10時の1回に使え、10枚5,500円など、まとまった枚数での販売です。対象時間を超えた分は別途精算します。駐車券をなくすと48時間分の料金を求められる場合があります。定期区画と一時駐車は別の利用なので、旅行では時間貸しの区画を利用します。

Yonago Mannocho Parking is a municipal surface car park north of Yonago Station. The open-air layout serves station-area shopping, meals and city visits. Its daytime charging and twenty-four-hour cap differ from the underground car park, and entry and exit remain possible through the night.

First-hour charging and period caps
From 08:00 to 18:00, the first hour costs ¥200 and subsequent hours ¥100, capped at ¥700 for the daytime period. From 18:00 to 08:00, charging is ¥100 per hour, capped at ¥500. Each 24 hours from entry is capped at ¥1,200. The initial charge differs from the underground and south-plaza car parks’ free stays within thirty minutes. Weigh both the charging pattern and the walk to the destination when choosing between a quick stop and a longer city visit.
Open-air spaces and motorcycle exclusion
The open-air surface facility has 116 spaces, including one wheelchair-designated space. Vehicles may be up to approximately five metres long and two metres wide. Motorcycles are not permitted. Although there is no descent into an underground level, eligibility still depends on the vehicle dimensions. In rain or strong summer sun, account for the outdoor walk from the car to the destination as part of the visit.
Round-the-clock station-area use
Open every day, twenty-four hours, the facility accepts ordinary hourly parking for station-area shopping and sightseeing. It can suit a meal in the northern city area before a train or a plan requiring a late-night exit. Station Underground Parking cannot be accessed midnight–05:00, so the return time can determine which facility is practical. Mannocho and Station South Parking are separate sites; recording the specific car-park name helps when returning or meeting companions.
Common tickets and overnight conditions
Packs of ¥100 tickets cost ¥1,000 for eleven, ¥5,000 for sixty or ¥10,000 for 130, and can also be used at the underground and station-south facilities. Overnight passes cover one stay from 15:00 to 10:00 the following day and are sold in packs, including ten for ¥5,500. Time beyond the covered interval is charged separately. Losing a ticket may lead to a charge equivalent to forty-eight hours. Monthly and short-stay parking are distinct arrangements; travellers use the short-stay provision.
