マリンワールド海の中道｜九州の海と季節別の入館時間

マリンワールド海の中道は、九州を囲む海と川の生きものに出会える水族館です。大型水槽、クラゲ、スナメリ、屋外エリアをつなぎ、博多湾を背景にしたショーも楽しめます。冬の短縮時間とショー設備の工事予定を踏まえて、一日の見学順を組めます。

Marine World Uminonakamichi introduces life in the seas and rivers around Kyushu. Link large tanks, jellyfish, finless porpoises and outdoor exhibits, with shows against Hakata Bay. Seasonal hours and scheduled work on the show facilities help determine the order of a day’s visit.

近海から外洋、川と森へ

3階の「九州の近海」は地域による海の違いを水槽で見せ、「九州 水の森」は山に降った雨が川を通り海へ届く環境を紹介します。1・2階にまたがる外洋大水槽は深さ7m。水深ごとの魚の動きを見比べた後、深海やクラゲ、奄美の海と森へ進めば、水辺の環境の幅を実感できます。

ショーと2027年の設備工事

博多湾を背にしたショープールではイルカ・アシカの演技を楽しめます。2027年1月12日～4月9日はプールと観覧席の修繕により両ショーを休止し、観覧席にも入れません。工事の進み方により早期再開の場合があります。この期間も外洋大水槽ショーなどは継続し、かいじゅうアイランドのイルカプールではアイランドトークで観察できます。

入館料と冬の締切を分けて考える

大人と高校・大学・専門学生は2,500円、65歳からのシニアは2,200円、小中学生1,200円、3歳以上の未就学児700円です。通常は9時30分～17時30分、12～2月は10～17時で、入館は各閉館の1時間前まで。定例休館は1月第3月曜から4日間、次回は2027年1月18～21日です。夜間営業は夏季等の指定日に限られます。

海の中道への到着と館内の備品

所在地は東区西戸崎の海の中道です。駐車料金は普通車600円、大型車1,600円、二輪車300円で、水族館側の普通車区画は388台分あります。車いすとベビーカーは無料貸出で、各500円の保証金を返却時に返金します。館内に授乳室と多目的トイレを備え、ペットは介助犬を除いて入館できません。

From coastal water to ocean, rivers and forest

On the third floor, Kyushu’s Coastal Waters shows regional differences, while Water Forest follows rain through rivers toward the sea. The ocean tank spans the first and second floors and reaches seven metres deep. Compare fish at different depths, then visit deep-sea, jellyfish and Amami exhibits to explore contrasting aquatic environments.

Shows and scheduled 2027 maintenance

The show pool hosts dolphin and sea-lion performances with Hakata Bay behind it. Repairs pause both shows and close the seating area January 12–April 9, 2027; completion may allow an earlier restart. Other activities such as the ocean-tank show continue, and Island Talk offers dolphin viewing at the Kaiju Island pool during this period.

Admission prices and winter entry cutoffs

Adults and high-school, university and vocational students pay ¥2,500; seniors aged sixty-five and over ¥2,200; elementary/junior-high pupils ¥1,200; and children aged three to preschool ¥700. Normal hours are 09:30–17:30, changing to 10:00–17:00 December–February, with last entry one hour earlier. Annual closure is four days from January’s third Monday, next January 18–21, 2027. Evening opening applies only on designated dates.

Arriving at Uminonakamichi and borrowing equipment

The aquarium is at Uminonakamichi in Higashi-ku. Parking costs ¥600 for a standard car, ¥1,600 for a large vehicle and ¥300 for a motorcycle, with 388 standard-car spaces on the aquarium side. Wheelchairs and strollers are free to borrow against a ¥500 deposit, returned with the equipment. Nursing and accessible toilet facilities are available; pets cannot enter except assistance dogs.
