眺めと客室タイプを選ぶ
露天風呂付きのスパスイート、畳にベッドを置いた和モダン客室、洋室などがあります。110㎡のパノラマビュースイートは2～4名向け、55㎡のユニバーサルデザインルームは1～2名向けです。町側に面した客室もあるため、川の眺めを重視する場合は客室の向きも選びます。全客室禁煙で、Wi-Fiを備えています。
夕方と朝に温泉を楽しむ
3階の「山並みの湯屋」と5階の「蔵の湯殿」は、15～24時と5時30分～9時に利用できます。露天風呂やサウナを備え、川や山並みの風景も楽しめます。日帰り入浴は15～24時、受付22時までで、中学生以上2,000円、小学生1,000円、未就学児無料。バスタオルとフェイスタオルの貸し出しがあります。
食事と宿泊者用のくつろぎ場所
朝食は7～9時で最終開始8時30分、夕食は17時30分～21時で最終開始19時です。宿泊者用ティーラウンジは8～20時、天空のテラスは15～20時に利用でき、悪天候時はテラスを利用できません。球磨焼酎ラウンジは15～21時。食後も館内で過ごす時間を取れる宿です。
車や高速バスで人吉へ
人吉IC・人吉球磨スマートICから九日町方面へ車で約7分。新八代駅からレンタカーなら約45分、高速バスで人吉IC下車後はタクシーで約7分です。無料駐車場があり、通常の客室利用は15時～翌10時です。鹿児島空港から車で約50分のため、空港から人吉へ向かう旅にも組み込めます。

Choose your view and room style
Options include private open-air-bath suites, Japanese-modern rooms with beds on tatami, and Western rooms. The 110 m² panoramic suite accommodates two to four, while the 55 m² universal-design room accommodates one or two. Some rooms face the town, so choose orientation carefully for river views. All rooms are nonsmoking and have Wi-Fi.
Bathing in the evening and morning
Yamanami no Yuya on the third floor and Kura no Yudono on the fifth open 15:00–24:00 and 05:30–09:00. Open-air baths and saunas accompany river and mountain scenery. Day bathing runs 15:00–24:00, last reception 22:00, at ¥2,000 for junior-high age and above or ¥1,000 for elementary pupils; younger children enter free. Bath and face towels are loaned.
Dining and guest spaces
Breakfast runs 07:00–09:00, last seating 08:30; dinner is 17:30–21:00, last seating 19:00. The guest tea lounge opens 08:00–20:00, and the sky terrace 15:00–20:00, weather permitting. The Kuma shochu lounge opens 15:00–21:00. Allow time to enjoy the shared spaces after your meal.
Reach Hitoyoshi by road
Drive toward Kokonokamachi for about seven minutes from Hitoyoshi IC or Hitoyoshi Kuma Smart IC. From Shin-Yatsushiro Station, allow forty-five minutes by rental car, or take a highway bus to Hitoyoshi IC and a seven-minute taxi. Parking is free; standard room use is 15:00–10:00 the following day. Kagoshima Airport is roughly fifty minutes away by car.
