客室はダブル、ツインなどがあり、禁煙・喫煙やベッドの構成は部屋タイプによって異なります。予約画面で希望日に選べるタイプと設備を確認できます。

通常のチェックインは15時、チェックアウトは11時です。公式サイトからの会員予約には、部屋の準備状況に応じた早めのチェックインや正午までのチェックアウト特典があります。

露天風呂と内風呂のスカイスパ

スカイスパには男女別の露天風呂と内風呂があり、男性浴場には水風呂とサウナもあります。利用時間は15時から翌11時ですが、清掃中の22時～22時30分と3時～3時30分は入浴できません。

サウナは男性浴場のみで、15時から翌2時までです。おむつが取れていない子どもは利用できず、7歳以上は男女別に入浴します。タトゥーがある場合はタトゥーカバーシールを使う案内です。

朝食ビュッフェと館内での食事

朝食は1階のCANDEOプラザで6時30分から9時まで提供され、最終入場は8時30分です。季節の食材を使う和洋メニューがあり、仕入れにより料理が変わる場合があります。

混雑時は利用時間が制限される場合があります。朝食料金は公式ページで大人1,650円、小学生1,430円、3歳以上の未就学児880円、3歳未満無料と案内されています。

亀山IC至近、11月の設備工事に注意

亀山ICから車で約1分、JR亀山駅からタクシーで約10分です。所在地は小野町北割532-2で、到着方法に合わせて駅からのタクシーや車の時間を見込めます。

2026年10月1日付の公式告知では、屋上設備更新のため11月9日はチェックアウト後に順次休館し、10日は全館休館、11・12日は宿泊のみでスパ休止としています。13日18時頃のスパ再開は予定で、休館日は荷物預かりと電話対応もありません。

亀山市内の観光・宿泊・食事を組み合わせる

ホテルから亀山サンシャインパークへ出かけ、れすとらん関亭で食事を取る市内ドライブを計画できます。上り方向へ移動する際は亀山PA上り線の駐車場とぷらっとパークの条件を確認して休憩を組み込めます。

Standard check-in is 15:00 and checkout is 11:00. Members booking on the official site may receive early check-in depending on room readiness or checkout by noon.

Sky Spa with open-air and indoor baths

The Sky Spa has separate men’s and women’s open-air and indoor baths. The men’s area also has a cold bath and sauna. It is open 15:00–11:00, except during cleaning from 22:00–22:30 and 03:00–03:30.

The sauna is in the men’s bath only and opens 15:00–02:00. Children who are not toilet-trained cannot use the spa; children aged seven and older use the bath for their own gender. Guests with tattoos are asked to use a cover seal.

Breakfast buffet and dining

Breakfast is served in the first-floor CANDEO Plaza from 06:30 to 09:00, with last entry at 08:30. The Japanese-Western menu uses seasonal ingredients and may change with supply.

Time limits may apply when the dining room is busy. The official page lists breakfast at ¥1,650 for adults, ¥1,430 for elementary-school children, ¥880 for preschool children aged three or older, and free for children under three.

Near Kameyama IC; November maintenance notice

The hotel is about one minute by car from Kameyama IC and ten minutes by taxi from JR Kameyama Station. Its address is 532-2 Kitawari, Ono-cho; allow for a taxi or drive from the station.

An official notice dated October 1, 2026, says the hotel will close after checkout on November 9 for rooftop equipment work, remain closed on November 10, and accept lodging only with the spa closed on November 11–12. Spa reopening around 18:00 on November 13 is planned; luggage storage and phone service are unavailable on closure days.

Combine sights, stays and dining in Kameyama

Plan a city drive from the hotel to Kameyama Sunshine Park, with a meal at Restaurant Sekitei. When travelling in the upper direction, check Kameyama PA Upper Parking’s expressway parking and Platt Park arrangements before adding a stop.
