亀山PA上り線は、東名阪自動車道の名古屋・新名神方面にある休憩施設です。高速道路本線側の駐車台数と、一般道から利用する「ぷらっとパーク」の開閉時間・駐車区画は別に案内されています。

亀山PA上り線は、E23東名阪自動車道を名古屋・新名神方面へ走る車両向けのパーキングエリアです。NEXCO中日本は三重県亀山市内の施設として掲載し、駐車場やトイレ、売店・飲食などの設備を案内しています。

同じ名称の「亀山PA下り線」とは進行方向が異なる別の休憩エリアです。高速道路を走行する場合は、目的地に向かう車線側の施設を選んでください。

本線側の大型・小型車区画

NEXCOの施設情報は、本線側の駐車台数を大型72台、小型184台と案内しています。小型車の数には大型車との兼用区画が含まれるため、合計台数として単純に足し合わせない表記です。

障害者用駐車スペースは4台と案内されています。利用区画や誘導表示は現地の状況に従い、混雑時は指定された区画と通路を確保してください。

共有型ぷらっとパーク（7:30～20:30）

一般道側のぷらっとパークは7時30分～20時30分に利用できます。駐車場は亀山ハイウェイオアシスと共有です。

ぷらっとパークは一般道からPA施設を利用するための駐車場で、高速道路への出入りには使えません。

施設内の店舗・休憩設備

施設内にはトイレ、売店、飲食施設があります。店舗の営業時間は駐車場の利用時間とは異なります。

上り線は名古屋・新名神方面へ向かう車線側の休憩施設です。

亀山市内の観光・宿泊・食事を組み合わせる

亀山PA上り線の休憩と亀山サンシャインパークの散策を組み合わせると、高速道路と市内の目的地を車で巡れます。市内に宿泊するならカンデオホテルズ亀山、食事にはれすとらん関亭も候補になり、訪問順を移動方向に合わせて計画できます。

Kameyama PA upper is a rest area on the E23 Higashi-Meihan Expressway toward Nagoya and Shin-Meishin. NEXCO lists the expressway-side capacity separately from the hours and parking arrangements of the Platt Park for visitors arriving from local roads.

A rest area toward Nagoya and Shin-Meishin

Kameyama PA upper serves drivers travelling on the E23 Higashi-Meihan Expressway toward Nagoya and Shin-Meishin. NEXCO Central Japan lists it in Kameyama City, Mie, with parking, toilets, shops and food services.

The similarly named Kameyama PA lower serves the opposite direction. Expressway drivers should use the facility on the side of the road matching their direction of travel.

Large- and small-vehicle spaces

NEXCO lists 72 spaces for large vehicles and 184 for small vehicles on the expressway side. The small-vehicle count includes bays shared with large vehicles, so the figures should not be added as separate totals.

NEXCO lists 4 accessible parking spaces. Follow the on-site signs and keep designated spaces and access lanes clear, especially when the area is busy.

Shared Platt Park (07:30–20:30)

The Platt Park for local-road access is open from 7:30 to 20:30 and shares parking with Kameyama Highway Oasis.

Platt Park provides local-road access to the PA facilities and cannot be used to enter or leave the expressway.

Shops and rest facilities

Facilities include toilets, shops and food services. Store hours differ from parking access.

The upper side serves traffic travelling toward Nagoya and Shin-Meishin.
