亀山公園は亀山城跡を中心に広がる市街地の公園です。歴史博物館東駐車場は、公園管理者が案内する駐車場の一つで、城跡・多門櫓・公園施設へ向かう際の車の拠点になります。

公園内には芝生広場、菖蒲園、野外ステージ、遊具広場などがあります。

駐車場の区画は普通車90台、大型車2台です。ほかに思いやり駐車場2台、車いす使用者用2台の区画があります。

亀山市歴史博物館は収蔵資料等のデジタル化と資料台帳の整備のため、2025年10月1日から2027年3月31日まで休館しています。

城跡・多門櫓・公園を歩く

亀山城跡に残る多門櫓は、公園内の歴史的建造物です。亀山市歴史博物館は2025年10月1日から2027年3月31日まで休館しているため、この期間は館内を見学できません。駐車場から城跡や多門櫓へ歩いて移動できます。

園内の菖蒲園や遊具広場なども別の見どころです。

亀山市は2026年11月28日（土）9時から正午まで、亀山公園芝生広場で健康づくりのイベントを予定しています。市は駐車場に限りがあるとして、乗り合わせや徒歩での来場を呼びかけています。

イベント当日は公園芝生広場が会場です。亀山市歴史博物館は休館期間中です。

Parking near the castle site and park facilities

Kameyama Park is an urban park centered on the former Kameyama Castle site. The History Museum East lot is one of the car parks listed by the operator and serves visitors to the castle remains, Tamon Yagura and park facilities.

The park includes a lawn, an iris garden, an outdoor stage and a play area.

Tamon Yagura is a historic structure on the former castle site within the park. Kameyama City History Museum is closed from October 1, 2025 through March 31, 2027, so its interior cannot be visited during this period. The castle site and Tamon Yagura are accessible on foot from the car park.

The iris garden and play area offer other places to visit.

Parking for the November 28, 2026 event

Kameyama City has scheduled a wellness event at the park lawn from 9:00 to noon on Saturday, November 28, 2026. The city says parking is limited and asks visitors to carpool or walk.

The event takes place on the park lawn. The History Museum remains closed during its scheduled closure.
