本館・別館と家族向けの客室
スタイルツイン・トリプルには洗い場付きのバスと独立トイレがあり、ジャパニーズスタイルファミリーは畳や布団で過ごせます。別館のスーペリア、エグゼクティブ、スイートなども用意。客室は全室禁煙で、Wi-Fiと有線LANに対応します。本館高層階の一部は空港方面を向きますが、建物が間にあるため滑走路や離着陸が見えるとは限りません。
館内設備と工事・電気点検
館内には24時間のコンビニとコインランドリーがあります。本館8階の工事は2026年12月11日までの平日9～18時予定で、特に11～15時は音や振動が出る場合があります。この間、本館の早着・延長・デイユース予約は休止。2027年5月11日は12～14時30分に全館停電予定で、エレベーターは11時30分から順次停止します。EV・PHV充電器も機器更新で休止中です。
早朝のセリーナ朝食
別館1階のセリーナでは5時30分～10時に和洋ビュッフェを提供し、千葉県産コシヒカリやオープンキッチンの卵料理などを用意します。大人3,000円、小学生1,500円、幼児無料。朝食なしプランでもチェックイン時の追加や当日の利用ができます。2027年5月11日の電気点検では、セリーナと桃李の昼営業が休止し、17時30分から通常営業予定です。
予約不要バスと駐車料金
無料送迎は予約不要で、第1ターミナル1階16番、第2ターミナル1階33番から利用できます。第3ターミナルからホテルへの直接便はなく、第2へ移動します。ホテルの屋外平置き駐車場は約500台・予約不可。宿泊普通車は入庫から24時間ごと通常500円、2027年5月1日入庫分から1,000円です。全長6m以上は15名以上の宿泊予約がある場合等の事前相談が必要です。
成田市内で組み合わせる訪問先
成田駅・成田山の市街地、空港周辺、下総や大栄の地域では移動する方面が異なります。以下は同じ市内の別方面も含む訪問先です。食事の注文締切と宿への到着時刻を合わせ、車や鉄道での移動時間を加えて組み合わせられます。関連する駐車場は各地域での立ち寄り用で、施設専用駐車場や宿泊者の駐車条件とは分けて選べます。
Main-building, annex and family rooms
Style twins and triples have a bath with washing space and a separate toilet, while Japanese-style family rooms provide tatami and futons. The annex includes superior, executive and suite categories. All rooms are non-smoking with Wi-Fi and wired internet. Some upper main-building rooms face the airport, but intervening buildings prevent a guaranteed runway or takeoff view.
Facilities, current work and electrical inspection
A convenience store and laundry operate around the clock. Main-building eighth-floor work is planned on weekdays 09:00–18:00 through December 11, 2026, with particular noise or vibration possible 11:00–15:00. Main-building early-arrival, late-checkout and day-use reservations are unavailable during this work. A whole-hotel outage is scheduled May 11, 2027, 12:00–14:30, with lifts stopping progressively from 11:30. EV/PHV charging is suspended for equipment replacement.
Early breakfast at Serena
Serena in the annex serves a Japanese-Western buffet 05:30–10:00, including Chiba-grown Koshihikari rice and eggs from the open kitchen. Adults pay ¥3,000, primary-school children ¥1,500 and preschool children eat free. Breakfast can be added at check-in or used on the day. During the May 11, 2027 inspection, Serena and Toh-Lee suspend lunch service and plan to resume at 17:30.
Unreserved shuttles and parking charges
Free shuttles require no reservation, using Terminal 1 stop 16 and Terminal 2 stop 33 on the ground floor. There is no direct hotel-bound pickup at Terminal 3; transfer to Terminal 2. Around 500 outdoor parking spaces cannot be reserved. Standard guest parking is normally ¥500 per 24 hours from entry, rising to ¥1,000 for entry from May 1, 2027. Vehicles 6 m or longer require advance arrangements associated with a booking for at least fifteen guests.
Other stops to combine within Narita
Central Narita and the temple, the airport area, Shimofusa and Taiei involve different directions of travel. These suggestions include other parts of the same city. Coordinate meal-order deadlines and accommodation arrival with the necessary driving or rail journeys. Related parking serves its own area and has conditions separate from a facility’s dedicated parking or guest parking at accommodation.
