日本大通りから山下町の街歩きへ

みなとみらい線の日本大通り駅から徒歩約3分、元町・中華街駅から徒歩約5分。JR関内駅からは徒歩約15分が目安です。山下公園や中華街での散策を組み合わせやすく、ホテルに荷物を置いてから周辺へ出かける行程にも向いています。通常のチェックインは15時、チェックアウトは11時です。手続きが重なる時間帯は混み合うため、列車や食事の予約まで余裕を持たせておくと落ち着いて移動できます。

37㎡の標準客室と家族での選び方

標準のツインとキングは3～4階にある37㎡の客室です。ツインは幅120cmのベッド2台、キングは幅180cmのベッド1台を備え、いずれも通常1～2名で利用します。3名でベッドを使う場合には、エキストラベッドを加えた客室タイプを選べます。全室禁煙で、喫煙所は2階です。0～12歳は既存のベッドを利用する添い寝で1室3名まで客室料金無料ですが、朝食は別料金となります。子どもの年齢と必要な寝具を伝えて、人数に合う客室を予約してください。

ハーバーキッチンの曜日別朝食時間

ハーバーキッチンの朝食は、平日7:00～10:30、土日祝日と特定日6:30～10:30で、最終入店はいずれも10時です。和洋中の料理やパン、ライブキッチンを楽しめるビュッフェで、大人4,500円、12歳以下2,250円（税込）。大人1名につき5歳以下1名は無料となる条件です。宿泊しない方の利用も受け付けますが除外日があり、平日はオンライン事前決済予約にも対応しています。朝食付きの予約か、現地で朝食を追加する予約かを確認し、最終入店までに会場へ向かいましょう。

クラブラウンジと16歳以上のフィットネス

クラブルームとスイートの宿泊者は3階のリージェンシークラブラウンジを利用できます。営業時間は7～20時、ラウンジ朝食7～10時、カクテルタイム17～19時で、カクテルタイムは12歳以下の子どもは利用できません。館内のフィットネスセンターは16歳以上の宿泊者向けに24時間利用できます。貸出ウェアやシューズはなく、運動する場合は持参します。プール、フィットネス内のシャワー室、大浴場はありません。客室での休息や街歩きと、短時間の運動を組み合わせて過ごせます。

機械式駐車場の料金と2機の寸法条件

ホテルの機械式駐車場は108台で、宿泊者は入庫後22時間2,000円（税込）。事前予約は不要ですが、満車時は近隣の駐車場へ案内される場合があります。滞在中の出し入れは無料で何度でも可能で、駐車券を持ってフロントで手続きします。2機とも全長5,300mm・全幅2,050mm・全高2,000mmまで。1号機は車重2,500kg・タイヤ外寸1,930mm・最低地上高110mm、2号機は2,700kg・2,050mm・90mmです。突出したパーツやキャリア、荷物を積載した車、二輪・三輪車などは入庫できない条件があるため、車両の状態も含めて係員へ確認してください。

11月24～25日の駐車場工事予定

機械式立体駐車場の設備改修は、2026年11月24日11:00～11月25日19:00を予定しています。工事中は駐車可能台数が通常の約半数となり、入出庫に時間がかかったり、満車で利用できなかったりする場合があります。その際は徒歩圏内の提携駐車場への案内です。11月23日宿泊の方も、翌24日の混雑状況によって提携先へ案内される場合があります。該当日に車で到着する旅では、荷物の積み下ろしと移動時間を含めて行程を調整し、工事の最新案内を確認してから向かいましょう。

Walk from Nihon-odori into Yamashitacho

Allow about three minutes on foot from Nihon-odori Station, five from Motomachi-Chukagai, or fifteen from JR Kannai. Yamashita Park and Chinatown fit readily into a walking itinerary after leaving luggage at the hotel. Usual check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Reception can be busy around these times, so leave a margin before a train or restaurant booking.

Standard 37 m² rooms and family arrangements

Standard Twin and King rooms occupy floors three and four and measure 37 m². Twins have two 120 cm-wide beds; Kings have one 180 cm-wide bed, with usual occupancy of one or two. Room categories with an extra bed accommodate three people needing beds. All rooms are nonsmoking, with a smoking area on floor two. Up to three children aged 0–12 per room may share existing bedding without a room charge; breakfast is charged separately. Give the children’s ages and bedding requirements when choosing a room.

Harbor Kitchen breakfast times vary by day

Harbor Kitchen serves breakfast 07:00–10:30 on weekdays and 06:30–10:30 on weekends, public holidays and designated dates, with last entry at 10:00 throughout. The buffet includes Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes, bread and live cooking. Prices including tax are ¥4,500 for adults and ¥2,250 for ages 12 and under; one child aged five or under is free per adult. Nonresidents are accepted subject to exclusion dates, and weekday prepaid online reservations are available. Check whether breakfast is included in the room booking and reach the restaurant before last entry.

Club lounge access and fitness for ages 16+

Club-room and suite guests can use the third-floor Regency Club Lounge, open 07:00–20:00. Lounge breakfast is 07:00–10:00 and cocktails are 17:00–19:00; children aged 12 and under cannot use the lounge during cocktails. The fitness center is available around the clock to staying guests aged 16 or older. Bring exercise clothes and shoes, as rental items are unavailable. There is no pool, fitness-center shower room or large communal bath. A short workout can be combined with room relaxation and walks nearby.

Parking charges and the two mechanical systems

The mechanical car park has 108 spaces and costs staying guests ¥2,000 including tax for 22 hours from entry. Advance booking is unnecessary; when full, staff may direct vehicles to nearby parking. Repeat entry and exit during the stay are free after taking the parking ticket to reception. Both systems accept vehicles up to 5,300 mm long, 2,050 mm wide and 2,000 mm high. System 1 limits are 2,500 kg, 1,930 mm outer tire width and 110 mm minimum ground clearance; system 2 allows 2,700 kg, 2,050 mm and 90 mm. Conditions exclude protruding parts, carriers, loaded vehicles and two- or three-wheelers, so confirm the vehicle’s condition with staff.

Parking works planned for November 24–25

Equipment work on the mechanical car park is scheduled for November 24, 2026 at 11:00 until November 25 at 19:00. Capacity will be reduced to about half, potentially causing longer entry and exit times or preventing use when full. Staff will then direct guests to an affiliated car park within walking distance. Guests staying on November 23 may also be directed elsewhere depending on congestion the following day. Allow for unloading luggage and the additional walk, and check the latest works notice before a visit on these dates.
