ホテルはパシフィコ横浜の敷地内にあり、みなとみらい線みなとみらい駅から徒歩約5分、JR桜木町駅から徒歩約12分です。会議や展示会への参加と、周辺の海辺を歩く時間を組み合わせられます。通常のチェックインは15時以降、チェックアウトは11時までで、宿泊プランに別の時間設定がある場合はその条件が優先されます。全室禁煙です。食事や散策の予定を決める際は、荷物を持って駅から移動する時間も見込んで到着時刻を組み立てましょう。

海・街・後方の客室で異なる眺め

オーシャンテラスの朝食は曜日で開始時刻が変わる

1階オーシャンテラスの朝食ブッフェは60分制。祝日を除く火～金曜は7時から、土日月曜と祝日は6時30分からで、最終入店はどちらも10時です。大人4,500円、5～12歳2,300円で、税金とサービス料を含みます。海を望む会場にはオープンキッチンがあり、店内で焼き上げるパンなどを楽しめます。4歳以下の料金は予約時にホテルへ確認してください。朝食付きプランか現地追加かを確かめ、出発前に食事を取る場合は利用時間と最終入店を踏まえて予定を立てられます。

修繕中のプール休止と予約制の特設運動室

ハーバービュー・フィットネスクラブは、2026年10月18日～2027年2月初旬予定で大規模修繕工事を実施しています。工事期間中、館内のプール・ジャグジー・サウナは利用できません。10月23日以降は特設トレーニングルームとコンディショニングルームを設け、8:00～21:00の完全予約制で、トレッドミル、エアロバイク、ダンベル、ベンチプレス、ストレッチスペースを用意する案内です。宿泊予約中の方は045-223-2300、滞在中は客室電話のゲストサービスセンターで予約します。通常施設の営業再開日は決まり次第発表される予定です。

11月のスパ移転と利用できない付帯設備

スパ「ベイ ウィンドー」は、2026年11月2～20日の平日に、施術場所を27階客室へ変更する予定です。完全予約制で11～19時、該当日はジャグジーバスを含む施術メニューを休止します。期間中の土日祝日は通常どおり4階で営業し、スパ施術のジャグジーバス付きメニューも利用できる案内です。一方、ハーバービュー・フィットネスクラブ内のロッカールーム、バスルーム、パウダールームは当面利用できず、更衣やメイクは施術室で案内します。スパ予約の問い合わせは045-223-2345（11～19時）で、希望する日とメニューを伝えて確認できます。

公共駐車場の1室1台優待と車両条件

ホテル利用には、パシフィコ横浜地下1階のみなとみらい公共駐車場を使います。収容1,154台で、ホテル棟に近いのはAブロックです。宿泊者は1室につき1台1泊2,500円、2台目以降は1台1泊4,500円の案内です。優待はこの公共駐車場のみが対象となります。車両条件は長さ6m・高さ2.1m・重量4t以下で、幅や付属品を含めた入庫可否、深夜早朝の入口と優待対象時間は到着前にホテルへ確認してください。満車時や大きな車で到着する場合は、1階正面玄関でスタッフに声をかけて案内を受けられます。

A base beside PACIFICO Yokohama and the waterfront

The hotel is within the PACIFICO Yokohama complex, about five minutes on foot from Minatomirai Station or twelve from JR Sakuragicho. It suits a stay combining a conference or exhibition with waterfront walks. Usual check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, with any times specified in the booking plan taking priority. All rooms are nonsmoking. Include the walk from the station with luggage when planning arrival around meals or sightseeing.

Harbor, city and rear-facing room choices

City-view rooms look towards Minatomirai’s urban scenery, including the Ferris wheel, while harbor-view rooms face Yokohama Port and the Bay Bridge. Classic King rooms are 31 m²; Premium Twin and King options are 38 m², with separate shower-booth categories also available. Rear-facing Cozy rooms are 27 m² with one 150 cm-wide queen bed, facing the station/exhibition-hall direction without harbor or central Minatomirai views. Choose the outlook as well as the size for a night-view or waterfront stay, and check the bathroom equipment of the selected category.

Ocean Terrace breakfast starts at different times by day

The first-floor Ocean Terrace breakfast buffet has a sixty-minute seating limit. It starts at 07:00 Tuesday–Friday excluding public holidays, or 06:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and public holidays; last entry is 10:00 on both schedules. Prices including tax and service are ¥4,500 for adults and ¥2,300 for ages five to twelve. The waterfront restaurant has an open kitchen and bread baked on site. Confirm charges for children aged four or under with the hotel. Check whether breakfast is included or added separately, and allow for the seating period before departure.

Pool closure during works and temporary exercise rooms

Harbor View Fitness Club is undergoing major renovation scheduled from October 18, 2026 to early February 2027. The hotel’s pool, Jacuzzi and sauna cannot be used during the works. Temporary training and conditioning rooms are offered from October 23, operating 08:00–21:00 strictly by reservation, with treadmills, exercise bikes, dumbbells, bench-press equipment and a stretching area. Guests with a room reservation can book through 045-223-2300; those already staying can use the guest-service-center button on the room phone. The reopening date for the regular facility will be announced once decided.

November spa relocation and unavailable supporting facilities

Spa Bay Window plans to move treatments to a twenty-seventh-floor guest room on weekdays excluding public holidays from November 2–20, 2026. Service is 11:00–19:00 by advance reservation, with treatment menus including a Jacuzzi bath suspended on those weekdays. During the period, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays retain the regular fourth-floor location and spa treatments including a Jacuzzi bath. Separately, Harbor View Fitness Club’s lockers, bathrooms and powder rooms remain unavailable for the time being; changing and makeup arrangements are provided in the treatment room. The first-car parking benefit and vehicle conditions

Hotel users park in Minato Mirai Public Parking on PACIFICO Yokohama’s first basement level. It has 1,154 spaces, with block A nearest the hotel. Staying guests are quoted ¥2,500 per room’s first car per night, or ¥4,500 per additional car per night. The benefit applies to this public car park only. Published vehicle limits include 6 m length, 2.1 m height and 4 tonnes; confirm width, attached equipment, overnight entrance arrangements and the benefit’s covered hours with the hotel before arrival. If the car park is full or the vehicle is oversized, staff at the first-floor main entrance can provide guidance.
