21㎡のダブルからスイートまで
ダブルは21㎡・1～2名、ツインは26㎡・2名で、42㎡のデラックスツインもあります。52㎡のスイートは11・12階、104㎡のロイヤルスイートは12階に位置します。一部にランウェイビューの客室があり、すべての部屋が滑走路側ではありません。Wi-Fiと有線LANが無料で、小学生までの添い寝は無料。子供用サイズの浴衣・スリッパはありません。
宿泊者向け大浴場と日常設備
大浴場・ジムのスポーツセンターは宿泊者のみで、大人1,100円、小学生550円、幼児無料。小学生以下には大人の同伴が必要で、受付は現金対応です。館内移動は階段となります。プールとジャグジーは休止中です。コンビニは5時～翌1時、コインランドリーは24時間。洗濯300円、乾燥30分100円など、コースにより料金が異なります。
13階ルミエールの朝食と空港の眺め
最上階13階のルミエールは滑走路を望むレストランで、朝食ビュッフェは6～10時、最終入場9時30分です。昼はスカイランチ、夜はビュッフェなどの食事を用意します。バーラウンジGalaxyは空調不良により休止中で、代替のラウンジ利用はルミエールで案内されています。飛行機を眺める食事と、客室で休む時間を分けて過ごせます。
空港・市街送迎と駐車条件
空港の第1ターミナル16番、第2ターミナル27番から無料シャトルで約10～20分。第3ターミナル利用時は第2の乗り場を使います。JR成田駅東口3番からの無料市街送迎は約15～35分です。車では成田ICから約5分。駐車場は800台・予約不可、宿泊1泊500円で、ホテル施設利用者向けです。中型車以上は別料金の事前手配が必要です。

From doubles to suites
Doubles are 21 m² for one or two guests; twins are 26 m² and deluxe twins 42 m². Suites measure 52 m² on floors 11–12, while the royal suite is 104 m² on floor 12. Runway views are available in some rooms, not throughout the hotel. Wi-Fi and wired internet are free, and children through primary school may share a bed free. Child-sized yukata and slippers are unavailable.
Guest baths and practical facilities
The sports centre’s baths and gym are for overnight guests only, at ¥1,100 for adults, ¥550 for primary-school children and free for younger children. Children through primary-school age need an adult, payment at reception is cash, and movement between its floors uses stairs. The pool and jacuzzi are suspended. The shop opens 05:00–01:00 next day; laundry runs around the clock, with washing from ¥300 and drying ¥100 per thirty minutes, depending on the course.
Breakfast and airport views from Lumiere
Lumiere on the thirteenth floor overlooks the runway. Its breakfast buffet runs 06:00–10:00 with last admission 09:30; lunch and dinner options are also offered. Galaxy bar is suspended because of an air-conditioning fault, with substitute lounge service at Lumiere. The setting allows a meal overlooking aircraft before returning to the room.
Airport, city shuttles and parking
Free airport shuttles use Terminal 1 stop 16 and Terminal 2 stop 27, taking about 10–20 minutes. Terminal 3 users go to the Terminal 2 stop. A free city shuttle from stop 3 outside JR Narita’s east exit takes about 15–35 minutes. Narita Interchange is roughly five minutes away. The 800-space car park cannot be reserved and costs overnight guests ¥500 per night; it is for hotel-facility users. Medium and larger vehicles require separate advance arrangements and charges.
Other stops to combine within Narita
Central Narita and the temple, the airport area, Shimofusa and Taiei involve different directions of travel. These suggestions include other parts of the same city. Coordinate meal-order deadlines and accommodation arrival with the necessary driving or rail journeys. Related parking serves its own area and has conditions separate from a facility’s dedicated parking or guest parking at accommodation.
