民宿桑谷屋は、国分寺の東隣から高山の町歩きへ出かけられる小規模な宿です。和室と洋室を備え、共同浴場で飛騨高山温泉に入れます。素泊まりや朝食付きで周辺の店を楽しむ滞在に合わせやすく、到着前後の荷物や駐車の利用も組み合わせられます。

和室と専用バス付き洋室を選ぶ
和室7室は浴室・トイレ共用で、6畳の2名用から12.5畳と6畳を合わせた6名用まであります。洋室2室はバス・トイレ付きですが、客室の浴室は温泉ではありません。館内では無料Wi-Fiを使えます。布団で休む部屋か、客室内で浴室やトイレを使える部屋かを選ぶと、同行人数と過ごし方を合わせやすくなります。
温泉の入浴時間と貸出品
共同浴場は飛騨高山温泉を引き、循環ろ過で利用しています。入浴時間は16～22時と朝7～9時です。大人用・子ども用の浴衣、歯ブラシ、バスタオルとフェイスタオルがあります。自転車は無料貸出で、ランドリーは1回500円です。外出用の車いすも1台あり、町歩きの範囲や翌朝の出発を考えながら備品を使えます。
朝食付き・素泊まりの料金を組む
一般期の和室は大人1名素泊まり5,200円～、朝食付き6,700円～で、消費税、入湯税150円等が別途かかります。高山祭・連休・お盆・年末年始は別料金です。現在は夕食の提供を休止しています。高山市の宿泊税は1人1泊の食事代・消費税等を除く宿泊料により、1万円未満100円、1万～3万円未満200円、3万円以上300円です。小学校6年生までは免除対象です。
駅から徒歩六分、到着前後の利用
所在地は総和町1-50-30、高山駅から徒歩約6分です。チェックイン14時・アウト10時で、17時以降の到着は事前連絡が必要です。荷物はチェックイン前にも預けられ、無料駐車場は到着前後にも利用できます。普通車10台分のほか、無料の屋根付きバイク車庫があります。宿泊申込フォームの予約は、宿からの返答後に正式に成立します。

Minshuku Kuwataniya is a small guesthouse beside Kokubunji, convenient for exploring central Takayama. Japanese and Western-style rooms accompany shared Hida Takayama hot-spring baths. Room-only and breakfast stays suit meals in the surrounding neighbourhood, with luggage storage and parking helping extend time for sightseeing.

Choose a Japanese room or an en-suite Western room
Seven Japanese-style rooms use shared bathing and toilet facilities, ranging from a six-tatami room for two to a larger two-room layout for six. Two Western-style rooms have private bathrooms and toilets; their bathroom water is not hot-spring water. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Choose according to group size and whether private bathroom facilities or a futon-style stay matters more.
Bathing times and useful equipment
The shared baths use piped Hida Takayama hot-spring water with circulation and filtration. Bathing hours are 16:00–22:00 and 07:00–09:00. Adult and child yukata, toothbrushes and towels are provided. Bicycles are free to borrow, laundry costs ¥500 per use, and one wheelchair is available for outings. Plan bathing and borrowed equipment around the walk through town and the next morning’s departure.
Plan a breakfast or room-only stay
General-period Japanese-room rates start at ¥5,200 per adult without meals or ¥6,700 with breakfast, before consumption tax, ¥150 bathing tax and other applicable taxes. Festival, holiday, Obon and year-end periods have different prices. Dinner service is currently suspended. Takayama accommodation tax per person per night is ¥100 below ¥10,000, ¥200 from ¥10,000 to below ¥30,000, and ¥300 from ¥30,000, based on accommodation charges excluding meals and consumption tax. Children through elementary grade six are exempt.
Six minutes from the station and arrival arrangements
The guesthouse is at 1-50-30 Sowamachi, around six minutes on foot from Takayama Station. Check-in starts at 14:00 and checkout is 10:00; notify the property in advance when arriving after 17:00. Luggage can be stored before check-in, and free parking can be used around the stay. Ten car spaces accompany covered motorcycle storage. Requests through the accommodation form become confirmed only after the guesthouse replies.
