バスセンターと県庁前駅を起点に

広島バスセンターから徒歩すぐ、路面電車の紙屋町東・紙屋町西から徒歩約3分という立地です。アストラムライン県庁前駅も近く、空港からバスで到着して市内を公共交通で巡る旅に向いています。JR広島駅からタクシーでは約10分が目安です。通常のチェックインは15:00、チェックアウトは11:00で、プランにより時間が異なります。荷物の多い旅行では、バスの到着時刻と客室を使い始める時間を組み合わせて予定を立てられます。

フロアと眺望で客室を選ぶ

客室は491室。スタンダード、26～29階のスーペリア、30～31階のエグゼクティブなど、階層ごとに客室や特典を用意しています。スーペリアフロアには31～35㎡のダブル・ツインなどがあり、28階にはコネクティングルームもあります。南側の海に向かう眺望と北側の街並みなど、向きによって景色が変わります。エグゼクティブフロアには33階レストランの特別朝食やヘルスクラブ特典があり、部屋の広さに加えて滞在中に使いたいサービスから選べます。

ルオーレの朝食と年齢別料金

1階ダイニング ルオーレでは通常6:30～10:00に和洋ビュッフェを提供します。大人13歳以上4,000円、4～12歳2,000円、3歳以下無料で、税金・サービス料を含みます。お好み焼きや汁なし担々麺、あごだし茶漬けなど、広島らしい味とライブキッチンが特徴です。朝食の会場や提供内容は宿泊者数などで変更する場合があります。エグゼクティブフロアの特別朝食は別のサービスなので、食事付きプランを選ぶ際は利用会場と対象人数も確かめておきましょう。

浴室・サウナは予約制のヘルスクラブで

8階ヘルスクラブは宿泊者が事前予約・2時間制で利用でき、浴室・サウナのみは3,300円、プール・浴室・サウナは4,400円、全施設は6,600円です。浴室・サウナは平日11:00～21:30、土日祝11:00～20:30、最終受付は終了1時間前。3～12歳はおむつが取れた子どもが対象で、プールのみ18時まで利用できます。3～10歳は保護者同伴が必要で、同伴者にも別途施設利用料がかかります。13～17歳はプール・浴室のみ利用でき、サウナ・リラクゼーションルーム・ジムは利用できません。今後の休館日は2026年11月16日・12月14日、2027年1月18日・2月15日・3月15日が案内されています。エグゼクティブフロアの無料特典も予約制・2時間制です。

駐車場の入口・寸法と夜間の制限

ホテル案内の駐車収容は100台で、基町クレドパーキングを利用します。1泊3,000円の対象は通常15:00～翌11:00、エグゼクティブフロアは翌12:00まで。機械式は長さ5m未満・幅1.8m未満・高さ1.75m未満、自走式は長さ6m未満・幅2.5m未満・高さ2.1m未満です。機械式の入口はもとまちパーキングアクセス、自走式はホテル正面玄関。0:30～7:30の出庫と途中出庫はできません。出発前に駐車券をフロントへ提示してサービス券を受け取ります。

子どもの添い寝と館内で過ごす時間

小学生以下の子どもはベッド1台につき1名まで大人と添い寝でき、中学生以上は大人と同額の宿泊料金です。ベビーベッドは数に限りがあり、1泊1,898円で予約時に相談できます。子ども用の歯ブラシやスリッパ、洗面台ステップなどの貸出品も用意しています。館内には複数のレストランがあり、1階ルオーレは昼や夜の食事にも利用できます。プールは3～12歳に時間・施設の制限があるため、子どもの年齢と滞在日に合う客室や館内での過ごし方を選べます。

Arrive via the bus center or Kencho-mae Station

Hiroshima Bus Center is close by, and Kamiyacho-higashi and Kamiyacho-nishi tram stops are about three minutes away on foot. Nearby Kencho-mae Station also makes this a useful base for arriving by airport bus and exploring by public transport. A taxi from JR Hiroshima Station takes about ten minutes. Normal check-in is 15:00 and checkout is 11:00, subject to the booked plan; coordinate arrival and room-use times when travelling with luggage.

Choose a floor and outlook

The hotel has 491 rooms, with Standard, Superior on floors 26–29, and Executive on floors 30–31 among its categories. Superior choices include doubles and twins of roughly 31–35 m², and connecting rooms are available on floor 28. Outlooks vary by direction, from sea-facing views to the south to city scenery to the north. Executive-floor benefits include special breakfast at the floor-33 restaurant and health-club access, offering a choice based on both room space and services.

Breakfast at Luore and age-based prices

Ground-floor Dining Luore normally serves a Japanese/Western buffet from 06:30 to 10:00. Prices including tax and service are ¥4,000 for ages thirteen and older, ¥2,000 for ages four to twelve, and free for children aged three or younger. Local touches include okonomiyaki, soupless tantan noodles and flying-fish-stock rice tea, alongside live cooking. The venue or format may change with guest numbers. Executive-floor special breakfast is a separate service; check the venue and included diners when selecting a meal plan.

Reserve the health club for baths and sauna

Overnight guests can reserve the floor-8 health club for two hours. Bath and sauna access costs ¥3,300, pool plus bath and sauna ¥4,400, and all facilities ¥6,600. Bath and sauna hours are 11:00–21:30 on weekdays and 11:00–20:30 on weekends and holidays, with last admission one hour before closing. Toilet-trained children aged three to twelve may use only the pool, until 18:00. Ages three to ten must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who pays the applicable facility fee separately. Ages thirteen to seventeen may use only the pool and baths, excluding the sauna, relaxation room and gym. Upcoming scheduled closing days are November 16 and December 14, 2026, then January 18, February 15 and March 15, 2027. Complimentary Executive-floor access also requires a two-hour reservation.

Parking entrances, vehicle limits and overnight restrictions

The hotel lists 100 parking spaces, using Motomachi Cred Parking. The ¥3,000 night rate normally covers 15:00–11:00, extended to noon for Executive-floor guests. Mechanical parking requires a vehicle under 5 m long, 1.8 m wide and 1.75 m high; self-drive parking limits are under 6 m long, 2.5 m wide and 2.1 m high. Use Motomachi Parking Access for the mechanical entrance or the hotel’s main entrance for self-drive spaces. Exit is unavailable 00:30–07:30, and intermediate exits are not allowed. Present the ticket at reception before departure for validation.

Children’s bed-sharing and time inside the hotel

Children of elementary-school age or younger may share an adult’s bed, limited to one child per bed; junior-high-school age and older pay the adult room rate. Cots are limited and cost ¥1,898 per night, requested when booking. Children’s toothbrushes, slippers and washbasin steps are among the available items. Several restaurants offer meals inside the hotel, including lunch and dinner at Luore. With pool-only and time restrictions for ages three to twelve, choose accommodation and indoor activities to suit the children’s ages and travel dates.
