Arrive via the sheltered station connection

The hotel is on the station’s Shinkansen side, reached by a direct sheltered walkway from the gates. The Hiroshima Airport limousine-bus stop is also about a minute away, useful when arriving with luggage or leaving on an early train. Normal room use runs from 15:00 to 12:00 the following day. The noon checkout leaves time to plan a meal or shopping around the station before departure.

Rooms of at least 35 m² and club categories

There are 238 rooms including five suites, and the property is smoke-free. Western-style accommodation includes Sheraton beds and high-speed internet, with city views available in many rooms. Club categories offer lounge benefits such as breakfast and evening cocktails. Choose the king or twin arrangement and whether club access is included when booking; for a group, select a category with the appropriate capacity and extra-bedding conditions.

Breakfast at Bridges from 06:30

Bridges, the buffet restaurant on the lobby level, normally serves breakfast from 06:30 to 10:00. Including tax and service, it costs ¥4,100 for adults and seniors, ¥2,100 for ages four to twelve, and is free for children aged three or younger. Breakfast inside the station-connected hotel is convenient before a train journey. Check the number of included meals on a breakfast plan and allow for the relevant child age band when planning your budget.

Indoor pool, sauna and complimentary gym

Facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, fitness gym and treatment services. The pool is a paid facility for overnight guests and Shine Spa Club members. Reservations at a Sheraton Club rate include the pool, sauna and lockers; a complimentary room upgrade does not include this benefit. The gym is complimentary for guests aged eighteen or older. Match your room plan to the facilities you would like to use when planning swimming or treatments during the stay.

Affiliated parking at ¥1,500 per 24-hour night

Drivers use affiliated Active Intercity Hiroshima Parking; there is no dedicated hotel car park. The guest rate is ¥1,500 per 24-hour night, arranged by informing reception at check-in. Restaurant visits have a separate validation scheme: spending at least ¥2,000 gives one hour, ¥3,000 gives two hours, and ¥4,500 gives up to three hours according to the visit length, per parking ticket. Tell staff whether you are staying or visiting for a meal when arranging validation.

Plan a stay with club-lounge benefits

Sheraton Club Lounge access depends on the booked club category or eligible membership status, with breakfast and happy-hour services. The hotel lists lounge access from 07:00 to 22:00. Restrictions apply to children under thirteen during happy hour, so families should check the relevant time and booking conditions. The station location and hotel services work well for alternating day trips by rail with time spent relaxing inside the property.
