海を眺める客室と家族向けの間取り

客室には35.6㎡のツインや和洋室、48.8㎡の和室、61㎡のスイートなどがあります。畳とベッドを組み合わせた和洋室や、屋外テラス付きの部屋も選べます。客室はすべて禁煙。チェックイン15時、チェックアウト11時で、通常の宿泊で18時を過ぎて到着する場合は事前連絡が必要です。

海を望む温泉と季節ごとの朝の時間

展望温泉浴場は大きなガラス越しに太平洋を望めます。宿泊者の利用時間は15時～23時と4時30分～11時で、11月～3月は朝5時30分からです。日帰り入浴は2027年3月31日までの案内で、12月26日～2027年1月3日などは除外。通常14時～18時、水・木曜15時～18時、大人1,500円・11歳以下1,000円です。おむつが取れていない子どもは利用できません。

愛犬同伴は専用プランで利用する

愛犬同伴は専用客室・プランで、チェックインは18時までです。犬は体重40kg未満、1室につき中・大型犬2頭または小型犬4頭までで、1頭1泊3,300円。紙の同意書と、1年以内の狂犬病予防・5種以上混合ワクチン接種の証明が必要です。専用プランには愛犬と利用できる「Two Tails’ cafe」でのセットメニューがあり、食事内容の当日変更はできません。

予約制シャトルと路線バスの停留所

伊豆急下田駅からの無料シャトルは電話予約制で、通常約10分、満席時は路線バスやタクシーを使います。路線バスは駅から約15分で「プリンスホテル入口」下車、徒歩約5分。2026年9月19日からは土・日・祝日に玄関前「下田プリンスホテル」停留所へ入る路線バスも運行しています。敷地内駐車場があり、専用の車椅子対応客室とユニバーサルトイレはありません。

下田市内で組み合わせる訪問先

白浜で泊まり、須崎半島の爪木崎や港の金目亭へ移動する行程を組めます。金目亭は火曜休、ホテルの朝の温泉は11～3月に5時30分開始です。神社参拝の駐車は通常キャッシュレスです。神社の駐車場とホテルの敷地内駐車場は別なので、訪問先に合う入口へ向かいます。

Seaside rooms and family layouts

Room options include 35.6-square-metre twins and Japanese-Western rooms, 48.8-square-metre Japanese rooms and 61-square-metre suites. Choose a combination of beds and tatami or a room with an outdoor terrace. All guest rooms are nonsmoking. Check-in is at 15:00 and checkout at 11:00; ordinary overnight bookings require advance notice for arrival after 18:00.

Sea-view hot springs and seasonal morning hours

Large windows in the hot-spring baths face the Pacific. Overnight guests can bathe 15:00–23:00 and 4:30–11:00, with morning opening at 5:30 from November through March. Day bathing is listed through March 31, 2027, excluding dates including December 26–January 3. It normally runs 14:00–18:00, or 15:00–18:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, at ¥1,500 for adults and ¥1,000 for children aged eleven and under. Children still wearing nappies cannot use the baths.

Use a dedicated plan when travelling with a dog

Dogs require a designated room and plan, with check-in by 18:00. Dogs must weigh under forty kilograms; up to two medium or large dogs, or four small dogs, can share a room, at ¥3,300 per dog per night. Bring the paper agreement and proof of rabies and combined vaccination covering at least five diseases within the previous year. Dedicated plans offer set meals at the dog-friendly Two Tails’ cafe; meal changes cannot be made on the day.

Reserved shuttle and public bus stops

The free shuttle from Izukyu-Shimoda Station needs a telephone reservation and normally takes about ten minutes; use a public bus or taxi if it is full. The public bus takes about fifteen minutes to Prince Hotel Iriguchi, followed by a five-minute walk. Since September 19, 2026, some public services on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays also call at the Shimoda Prince Hotel stop outside the entrance. On-site parking is available. There are no dedicated accessible guest rooms or universal toilets.

Other stops to combine within Shimoda

Stay in Shirahama and travel to Cape Tsumekizaki or Kinmetei at the harbour. Kinmetei closes Tuesdays; the hotel bath’s morning opening changes to 5:30 November–March. Ordinary shrine parking is cashless. The shrine lot and the hotel’s on-site parking are separate, so use the entrance for your destination.
