駅直結の連絡口と深夜のアクセス

みなとみらい線みなとみらい駅から直結で徒歩約1分、JR・横浜市営地下鉄の桜木町駅からは徒歩約10分です。駅のクイーンズスクエア横浜連絡口を使えば、雨の日も屋内を通って到着できます。この連絡口は0:00～7:00に閉鎖されるため、その時間帯は駅5番出口からホテル正面玄関へ向かいます。通常は15時チェックイン・11時チェックアウト。夕食や公演の後に戻る行程では、駅とホテルを結ぶ入口の時間も確認しておくと移動しやすくなります。

36㎡以上の客室とベイクラブフロア

客室は6～25階にあり、一般階、高層階のYokohamaフロア、23～25階のベイクラブフロアに分かれます。36㎡以上の客室を用意し、シティ・パーク・ベイビューの3種類の眺望があります。パーク・ベイビューはバルコニーから景色を楽しめる一方、シティビューはバルコニーのないタイプです。ベイクラブは専用ラウンジを利用でき、カクテルタイム17:30～20:30は20歳未満利用不可。小学生と4歳以上の未就学児が添い寝でベイクラブへ泊まる場合も、1名1泊5,000円の施設利用料（税込・サービス料込）がかかります。子どもの年齢とフロアに合う予約条件を確認してください。

カフェ トスカの朝食と年齢別料金

朝食ブッフェは2階カフェ トスカで7:00～10:00（ラストオーダー）。日によってはラウンジ「ソマーハウス」で同内容を用意します。料金は大人4,500円、小学生2,500円、4歳以上の未就学児1,200円で、税金・サービス料込みです。卵料理のアクションコーナーやホテル内工房のパンなどを楽しめます。GW・お盆・クリスマス・年末年始やレストラン特定日は料金が変わる場合があります。ベイクラブの対象予約ではラウンジやカフェ トスカなどの朝食を選べるため、朝食の付く会場と予約内容を確認して朝の予定を立てましょう。

宿泊者専用プールの2部制と子ども条件

Blue Oasisのプールは宿泊者専用です。2027年3月31日までの案内では、1部9:00～18:00（入場17時まで）、2部19:00～21:00（入場20時まで）。1部は16歳未満に保護者同伴が必要で、2部は20歳以上のみです。宿泊日で料金が変わり、1部16歳以上1,000～4,000円・4～15歳500～2,000円、2部20歳以上800～3,200円。幼児は無料ですが、おむつ・トレーニングパンツ・水遊び用パンツが取れていない子どもは利用できません。ベイクラブフロア予約者は無料です。2階フロントで専用アクセスキーの手続きをしてから利用します。

プール点検日とアクティブルーム

プールとアクティブルームは、2026年11月10日・12月8日、2027年1月5～7日・1月12日・2月8日・3月9日の定期点検日に終日利用できません。2026年12月30日～2027年1月3日は18時までの短縮営業予定です。アクティブルームは通常6～21時、16歳以上の宿泊者が無料で利用でき、エアロバイクやヨガマットなどを備えます。ウェア・シューズの貸出や室内ロッカーはないため、客室で着替えて室内用シューズを持参します。施設の点検日が旅行日と重なる場合は、街歩きや客室で過ごす時間を中心に予定を組めます。

街区共用1,700台の駐車場を利用する

駐車場はクイーンズスクエア横浜の街区共用で1,700台。ホテル専用入口はさくら通り側にあり、宿泊者は1泊1台1,600円（税込）で24時間の駐車サービスを受けられます。通常料金は30分280円、地下駐車場の案内時間は7:00～24:00です。街区内の他施設の利用車と共用し、予約制ではありません。ホテル利用の手続きや深夜の入出庫、車両の高さ・幅などは、到着時刻と車種を伝えて事前に確認しておくと安心です。荷物が多い日は、正面玄関での乗降と駐車位置から戻る時間にも余裕を取りましょう。

The station link and late-night access

Allow about one minute via the indoor link from Minatomirai Station, or ten minutes on foot from JR/subway Sakuragicho. The Queen’s Square passage offers a sheltered arrival in rain, but it closes 00:00–07:00. During those hours use station Exit 5 and the hotel’s main entrance. Usual check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. For a return after dinner or a performance, plan around the station passage’s opening hours.

Rooms from 36 m² and the Bay Club Floor

Rooms occupy floors six to twenty-five, divided into regular rooms, the higher Yokohama floors and Bay Club floors twenty-three to twenty-five. Rooms begin at 36 m² with city, park or bay outlooks. Park- and bay-view types offer balconies; city-view types have none. Bay Club stays include the private lounge, whose 17:30–20:30 cocktail service is restricted to ages twenty and over. Elementary-school children and preschool children aged four or older sharing existing bedding on Bay Club floors incur a ¥5,000 per-person nightly facility charge including tax and service. Check the conditions for the child’s age and chosen floor.

Cafe Tosca breakfast and age-based prices

The second-floor Cafe Tosca breakfast buffet runs 07:00–10:00 last order. On some dates the same menu is served in Somerhouse lounge. Prices including tax and service are ¥4,500 for adults, ¥2,500 for elementary-school children and ¥1,200 for preschool children aged four or older. Options include live egg cooking and bread from the hotel bakery. Charges may differ during Golden Week, Obon, Christmas, New Year or designated restaurant dates. Eligible Bay Club bookings offer breakfast venue choices including the lounge and Cafe Tosca, so check the venues included in your reservation.

Two pool sessions and children’s conditions

Blue Oasis pool access is restricted to staying guests. The published schedule through March 31, 2027 has a 09:00–18:00 first session, last entry 17:00, and a 19:00–21:00 second session, last entry 20:00. Under-sixteens need an accompanying guardian in session one; session two is for ages twenty and over only. Rates depend on the stay date: ¥1,000–4,000 for ages sixteen and over and ¥500–2,000 for ages four to fifteen in session one, or ¥800–3,200 for ages twenty and over in session two. Infants are free, but children still using diapers, training pants or swimming diapers cannot enter. Bay Club Floor reservations include free access. Arrange the dedicated access key at second-floor reception.

Pool closure dates and the Active Room

The pool and Active Room close all day for inspections on November 10 and December 8, 2026, then January 5–7, January 12, February 8 and March 9, 2027. Shortened operation until 18:00 is scheduled for December 30, 2026–January 3, 2027. The Active Room normally opens 06:00–21:00, free for staying guests aged sixteen and over, with exercise bikes and yoga mats. There are no rental clothes or shoes and no lockers inside, so change in the room and bring indoor shoes. If a stay coincides with an inspection date, plan more time for walking nearby or relaxing in the room.

Use the complex’s shared 1,700-space parking

The car park’s 1,700 spaces are shared across Queen’s Square Yokohama. A hotel entrance is reached from Sakura-dori; staying guests pay ¥1,600 including tax per vehicle per overnight stay for 24-hour parking validation. The normal rate is ¥280 per 30 minutes and the underground car park lists hours of 07:00–24:00. The spaces are shared with other complex users and cannot be reserved. Ask in advance about hotel validation, late-night access and vehicle height or width requirements using your arrival time and vehicle details. Allow time for unloading at the entrance and walking back from the parked car.
