昭和八年から続くそばと丼の店
1933年創業の店で、おろしそば、ざるそば、永平寺そば、天ざるそばなどを用意しています。麺と丼を合わせたセットや、カツ丼、天丼、うな丼、うどんなども選べます。そばを中心に家族それぞれの食事を組みやすく、街歩きの途中に福井の麺料理を味わえる店です。
平日のランチと午後の皿そば
ランチメニューは10時30分～14時で、おろしそば、カツ丼、天丼、唐揚げなどのランチがあります。土日祝、お盆、年末年始はこのランチ設定を休みます。14時以降の越前皿そば食べ放題も同じ除外日がある企画です。通し営業の通常メニューと、時間や日にちを限定する企画を分けて、到着する時間に合う食事を選べます。
電話予約の持ち帰りと団体料理
そばや丼の持ち帰りは電話で注文を受け付け、団体向けのそばを組み合わせた食事も予約メニューです。本店と板垣店には大小の個室があり、会席や宴会料理を少人数から団体まで選ぶ形式です。家庭向けの生そばはだし付きの持ち帰り・発送商品で、店内飲食とは利用条件が異なります。人数の多い食事は個人の通常注文と分けて計画できます。

本店は中央2丁目4-31、福井駅から徒歩約5分で駐車場もあります。10時30分～21時、料理のラストオーダーは20時30分、木曜と元日が休みです。四ツ居・板垣・ベルの各店は営業時間や休日が異なります。夕食を兼ねた駅への帰り道にも寄れますが、閉店時刻より前の注文締切を含めて到着できます。

Echizen Tsuruki Soba Honten is a central-Fukui noodle restaurant within walking distance of the station. Alongside local oroshi soba, it serves tempura, rice bowls, udon and sweets. A visit can be a light bowl of noodles or a larger combined meal, with opening from 10:30.

Soba and rice bowls since 1933
Established in 1933, the restaurant lists oroshi, zaru, Eiheiji-style and tempura soba. Noodle-and-rice sets, cutlet and tempura bowls, eel rice and udon broaden the choice. The menu suits parties whose members want different meals while keeping a focus on Fukui’s noodle traditions.
Weekday lunch and afternoon sara-soba
The 10:30–14:00 lunch selection includes oroshi soba, cutlet bowls, tempura bowls and fried chicken. It is not offered on weekends, public holidays, Obon or the year-end/New Year period. The afternoon Echizen sara-soba all-you-can-eat option begins at 14:00 and has the same excluded days. These timed offers are separate from the restaurant’s regular menu throughout its opening hours.
Telephone takeaway orders and group meals
Takeaway soba and rice bowls are ordered by telephone. Group set meals are reserved separately, while the main and Itagaki shops have private rooms for small or larger gatherings. Fresh noodles with broth are also sold for home use or shipping, under arrangements different from eating in. Plan a larger group meal through the reserved menu rather than assuming it uses the same format as an individual order.
The main-shop address and final orders
The main shop is at 2-4-31 Chuo, about five minutes on foot from Fukui Station, with parking available. It opens 10:30–21:00, last order 20:30, closing Thursdays and January 1. Yotsui, Itagaki and Bell branches follow different schedules. For dinner before returning to the station, allow for the earlier order deadline as well as closing time.
