駅東の館内利用と最初の無料時間
所在地は手寄1丁目4-1、福井駅から徒歩約1分のAOSSA地下です。収容169台で、最初の30分以内は無料、30分を超えて60分までは200円です。館内の短い用事と、買い物や飲食を含めた滞在で使い分けられます。同じ東口でも駅前広場の18台駐車場とは施設も料金の刻みも異なります。
日中上限と閉場時間の一泊
1時間以降は30分ごと100円、7時30分～23時30分の開場時間内は最大1,000円です。23時30分～翌7時30分の閉場時間は一泊500円ですが、その間は車の入出庫ができません。日中上限と一泊は時間帯が異なる区分で、24時間一律1,000円という形式ではありません。元日は定休日です。
一店舗二千円以上の無料券
AOSSAモール1～3階の一店舗で2,000円以上買い物すると、各店舗で2時間無料券を受け取れます。複数店舗のレシート合算はできず、駐車券を館内へ持参する方式です。館内の図書館や会議室を使うだけで同じ買い物券が自動付与されるわけではありません。対象手帳所持者のモール利用サービスも、1階管理事務所でレシートと券などを示して手続きします。
帰りの列車と出庫時刻を合わせる
営業時間は7時30分～23時30分です。館内から駅へ移動して列車を使う場合も、帰着後に車を出せる時刻で利用できます。駅東側には24時間の別駐車場もあるため、深夜・早朝の出発では出入庫条件に合う施設を選べます。買い物サービス券と通常の料金区分は、使用するこの地下駐車場の条件で精算します。

福井市は駅前と城下町、足羽山、一乗谷・美山、越前海岸へ広がります。下の施設は市内の別分野の訪問先です。海岸と山間部の移動時間、食事の注文締切、宿の到着時間を含めて組み合わせられます。駐車場は所在地と出入庫時間に合うものを選べます。

Building visits and the initial free period
The 169-space garage is beneath AOSSA at 1-4-1 Teyose, about a minute’s walk from the station. Parking within thirty minutes is free; over thirty through sixty costs ¥200. It can serve a short errand or a longer shopping and dining visit. Its facility and charging intervals differ from the eighteen-space east forecourt parking.
The daytime limit and closed-period overnight rate
After one hour, parking costs ¥100 per thirty minutes, capped at ¥1,000 within 07:30–23:30. The closed period 23:30–07:30 costs ¥500 overnight, but vehicles cannot enter or leave then. These are separate time bands rather than a flat ¥1,000 twenty-four-hour tariff. January 1 is closed.
The single-shop spending benefit
A purchase of ¥2,000 or more at a single AOSSA Mall shop on floors 1–3 earns a two-hour parking ticket from that shop. Receipts from different shops cannot be combined; take the parking ticket inside. Simply using the library or a meeting room does not automatically earn this shopping benefit. A separate mall-use service for eligible disability-certificate holders is processed with receipts and parking ticket at the first-floor office.
Matching train returns to garage access
Opening is 07:30–23:30. If leaving the building to use a train, plan the return within the vehicle-access window. Other east-side parking operates twenty-four hours and may suit an overnight or early departure. Apply shopping tickets and ordinary charges under this basement garage’s own rules.
