福井駅西口地下駐車場は、駅前で車を降りて列車や中心市街地へ移るための県営地下駐車場です。駅や買い物先へ向かいやすく、エレベーターや授乳室などを備えます。通常の時間料金と、県外へ鉄道を利用する場合の条件付き割引が分かれているため、目的に合う方法で利用できます。

短時間と一泊の料金を分ける
入庫後30分以内だけなら100円、30分を超えて1時間までは300円、その後30分ごとに100円です。夜の20時～翌8時は一泊1,000円ですが、通常の終日最大料金は設定されていません。長く停める場合は一泊料金を24時間上限と読み替えず、到着・出発時刻を含む時間帯で利用できます。買い物先によるまちPチケットなどのサービスもあります。
県外へ向かう鉄道利用の割引
福井駅から北陸新幹線などを使って県外へ行く場合、所定の証明により24時間まで最大1,200円、48時間まで2,400円の割引があります。48時間以降は30分100円を加算します。特急券や駐車券などを示して利用書を受け取り、出庫前に管理事務所で割引処理する手続きです。精算後の提示や利用書紛失では適用されず、一般の駐車に自動で付く上限ではありません。
高さ制限と地下の設備
収容200台で、普通・小型・軽自動車は長さ5.3m、高さ2.1m、幅2.0m以下が対象、バイクも駐車できます。エレベーター4基、障害者用4区画、対応トイレ2か所、授乳室などを備えます。障害者手帳所持者は精算前に管理事務所で提示すると半額の対象です。回数券・定期券・プリペイドカードの購入はこの割引対象ではありません。
早朝五時と深夜の閉門
営業時間は5時～翌0時30分で、時間外は車の出入庫だけでなく人の立ち入りもできません。列車が遅れて0時30分を過ぎた場合も、5時まで出庫できません。車中泊もできない施設です。早朝の出発や遅い帰着で使う場合は、列車の時刻と駐車場を出られる時間を合わせて選べます。カードなどのキャッシュレス決済にも対応しています。

Fukui Station West Underground Parking is a prefectural garage for transferring from a car to trains or central-Fukui streets. Lifts, accessible facilities and a nursing room support station and shopping visits. Ordinary timed parking and conditional discounts for rail travel outside the prefecture are separate arrangements.

Short stays and overnight charges
Parking within thirty minutes costs ¥100; over thirty minutes through the first hour costs ¥300, then ¥100 per thirty minutes. The 20:00–08:00 overnight rate is ¥1,000, with no ordinary all-day maximum. That overnight price is not a twenty-four-hour cap. Shopping discounts such as Machi-P tickets are available under participating-store conditions.
Discounts for rail travel outside Fukui
Eligible rail journeys from Fukui to outside the prefecture receive documented limits of ¥1,200 through twenty-four hours or ¥2,400 through forty-eight, with ¥100 per thirty minutes thereafter. Present the required train and parking tickets, obtain the usage document and complete the discount at the office before exiting. It is not automatic for ordinary parking, and cannot be applied after payment or without the required document.
Height limits and underground facilities
The 200 spaces accept cars up to 5.3 m long, 2.1 m high and 2.0 m wide, as well as motorcycles. Four lifts, four accessible spaces, two accessible toilets and a nursing room are provided. Disability-certificate holders qualify for half-price parking by presenting the certificate at the office before payment; purchases of season, prepaid or multi-use tickets are excluded.
The 05:00 opening and overnight lock-up
Opening is 05:00–00:30; outside those hours, both vehicle and pedestrian access are locked. A late train arriving after 00:30 does not provide access before 05:00. Sleeping in vehicles is not permitted. Match an early departure or late return to the garage’s actual access window. Cashless payment, including cards, is available.
