店名の且緩々は、慌てずゆっくりという意味の禅語に由来します。地元で採れた旬の野菜とハーブを使い、材料や調味料は地元産と国産を中心に選んでいます。自然由来・醸造の調味料にこだわった手作りの料理を、山之内の食事先として楽しめます。

A public-transport route changes at Maenosho to the community bus toward Seppiko, then walks around five minutes from Yamanouchi.
