とうふ工場と江戸の町家を思わせる空間

大和田の自社工場で打つとうふを主役に、豆水とうふ、寄せとうふ、揚げ田楽など多様な味わいを用意します。町家風の母屋から朱塗りの橋や水車、庭園の草木を眺め、離れの奥座敷や茶室もある空間です。とうふだけの単品食堂ではなく、季節の小鉢や食事まで含めたコースをゆっくり楽しむ行程にできます。

5,500円からのコースと季節鍋

豆水とうふコースは5,500円から、うかい豆腐と季節鍋コース9,900円、おもてなし12,000円などを用意します。秋の季節鍋は松茸やきのこを合わせたとろめん豆腐鍋などの献立です。表示は税込、サービス料別で現在13％、2026年12月1日から15％予定。献立は原則2か月ごと、1・3・5・7・9・11月を目安に切り替わり、季節に応じた料理を楽しめます。

平日小鍋ランチと個室の人数

平日14時30分までの小鍋ランチは4,400円税込・サービス料別。季節の小鉢や揚げ田楽、小鍋に食事を組み合わせるコースで、20名までの利用です。個室はこのランチと豆水とうふコースとも5名から。釜炊きご飯への変更は2名以上、グループ全員同じ変更で5日前までの予約となります。食事の内容と部屋の条件を、会食の人数に合わせて選べます。

石川入口バス停と60台の専用駐車

通常は平日11時30分～14時30分LOと17～21時・LO19時、土日祝11～21時・LO19時。月曜休みですが祝日は営業し、年末年始休みがあります。JR八王子北口・京王八王子西口から日野駅または豊田駅行きバス約10分で石川入口下車。交差点の角の店舗へ向かいます。専用駐車60台は予約不要、お土産処は10時30分～20時30分です。

八王子市内で組み合わせる訪問先

八日町の美術館と駅周辺の宿は、中心市街地の散策と合わせられます。大和田のとうふ料理へはバスや車の移動を取り、昼夜の営業の切れ目と予約の人数条件を合わせて向かえます。地下駐車場は深夜に出庫できない時間があるため、夜の食事を組む日には宿へ歩いて戻るか車を出すかを先に決めると、訪問先をつなげやすくなります。

Tofuya Ukai Owada pairs tofu from its own factory with seasonal dishes. A town-house-style building, red bridge, waterwheel and secluded rooms frame the meal. A tofu factory and town-house-style setting

Tofu made at the company’s Owada factory anchors dishes including tosui tofu, freshly set tofu and fried dengaku. The town-house-style building overlooks a red bridge, waterwheel and garden, with secluded rooms and a tea-room setting beyond. Plan time for a course with seasonal sides and a concluding meal rather than a quick single-dish stop.

Courses from ¥5,500 and a seasonal pot

Tosui tofu starts at ¥5,500, the seasonal-pot course at ¥9,900 and Omotenashi at ¥12,000. Autumn menus include a thickened tofu pot with matsutake and other mushrooms. Listed prices include tax but exclude service, currently 13% and scheduled 15% from December 1, 2026. Menus usually change every two months around January/March/May/July/September/November.

Weekday small-pot lunch and private-room numbers

Weekday small-pot lunch costs ¥4,400 tax included plus service, available until 14:30 for up to twenty. It combines seasonal sides, fried dengaku, a small pot and a meal. Private rooms for this lunch and the Tosui course require five guests. A kettle-cooked-rice upgrade requires at least two, the same change for the whole group and booking five days ahead. Match food and room arrangements to the party.

Ishikawa-iriguchi stop and sixty parking spaces

Usual weekdays run 11:30–14:30 LO and 17:00–21:00/LO 19:00; weekends/holidays 11:00–21:00/LO 19:00. Mondays close except holidays, plus New Year dates. From JR’s north or Keio’s west exit take a Hino/Toyoda-bound bus about ten minutes to Ishikawa-iriguchi, by the corner premises. Sixty dedicated spaces need no reservation. The takeaway shop operates 10:30–20:30.

Other stops to combine within Hachioji

The Yokamachi museum and station-area accommodation combine with central-city walks. Tofu dining in Owada needs a bus or car journey, planned around its lunch/dinner break and party-size conditions. Underground lots close vehicle access overnight; decide whether to walk back to accommodation or drive after an evening meal when linking the stops.
