スタンダードシングルは13㎡・幅100cmベッド、スーペリアシングルは15㎡・幅115cmベッドです。ダブルは16㎡または27㎡で幅160cmベッド、ツインや3名までのデラックスツインもあります。既存の4ベッド型は32㎡のコネクティングルームです。冷蔵庫、Wi-Fi、ナイトウェアを備え、人数とベッドの配置、部屋の広さから宿泊を選べます。
洋食朝食とロビーの軽食
1階ラウンジの朝食は6時30分～10時、最終入店9時30分。天然酵母パン、肉・卵料理、サラダ、ご飯ものなどのビュッフェで、大人1,210円、子ども660円税込、6歳未満無料です。ロビーの無料軽食は平日20～22時、土日祝17～21時、宿泊者1人1個、在庫がなくなれば終了します。11歳以下の添い寝は既存ベッド1台につき1名まで、予約時の申告が必要です。
11月15日の全館停電と駐車場修繕
2026年11月15日11～14時は点検による全館停電を予定し、エレベーター、客室の照明・空調、Wi-Fi、水道・給湯などが使えなくなります。同日15時～11月20日6時は機械式駐車場の修繕で駐車不可。作業状況により時間が前後する場合があります。連泊中に部屋で過ごす時間や荷物の移動、車の置き場所を、この期間の停止条件に合わせて計画できます。
京王とJRの駅、通常の立体駐車
京王八王子駅中央口から徒歩1分、JR八王子駅北口から7分です。通常の併設駐車場は10台先着・予約不可で、15時～翌11時1,100円税込。全高1.55m・幅1.70m・長4.7m・重量1.5tの制限があり、3ナンバーや背の高い車は利用できません。工事日や車両が合わない場合は近隣の有料駐車へ。宿泊は15時チェックイン、11時チェックアウトです。
八王子市内で組み合わせる訪問先
八日町の美術館と駅周辺の宿は、中心市街地の散策と合わせられます。大和田のとうふ料理へはバスや車の移動を取り、昼夜の営業の切れ目と予約の人数条件を合わせて向かえます。地下駐車場は深夜に出庫できない時間があるため、夜の食事を組む日には宿へ歩いて戻るか車を出すかを先に決めると、訪問先をつなげやすくなります。

Standard singles provide 13 m² and a 100 cm bed; superior singles 15 m² and a 115 cm bed. Double choices are 16 m² or 27 m² with a 160 cm bed, alongside twins and deluxe twins for up to three. Mechanical parking repairs separately close the lot from 15:00 that day until 6:00 November 20. Work progress may alter timings. Arrange time in the room, luggage movement and a parking alternative around these announced interruptions.
Keio/JR stations and normal mechanical parking
Walk one minute from Keio Hachioji’s central exit or seven from JR’s north exit. Normally, ten mechanical spaces are first come without reservations, ¥1,100 tax included for 15:00–11:00. Limits are 1.55 m high,1.70 m wide,4.7 m long and 1.5 t; Japanese class 3 plates and tall vehicles are excluded. Use nearby paid parking during works or for unsuitable vehicles. Check-in is 15:00, check-out 11:00.
Other stops to combine within Hachioji
The Yokamachi museum and station-area accommodation combine with central-city walks. Tofu dining in Owada needs a bus or car journey, planned around its lunch/dinner break and party-size conditions. Underground lots close vehicle access overnight; decide whether to walk back to accommodation or drive after an evening meal when linking the stops.
