徳島の食材を生パスタとピッツァに
生パスタはもっちりした食感が特徴で、「飛べ、シラス。」のペペロンチーノ1320円、那賀ベジのバジルを使うジェノベーゼ1370円、県産椎茸ときのこのパスタ1550円など税込で用意します。乾麺とは違う食感を楽しみながら、シラスや野菜、きのこといった地域の食材を一皿で味わえます。
ピッツァの大きさとハンバーグ
国産小麦の生地を使うピッツァは、Mのマルゲリータ1200円、椿泊のシラスとアンチョビを使うチチニエッリ1270円税込など。SサイズはMから280円引きです。200gパティの照焼ハンバーグ1280円、ブラックペッパー1350円税込もあり、ライスまたはパンとサラダは追加340円税込です。
