市営あちてらす倉敷駐車場は、阿知3丁目で車と二輪を受け入れる駐車場です。駅と美観地区の間の移動に使え、キャッシュレス精算と普通充電にも対応します。住宅部分と共用する建物のため、市営の入口レーンと利用できる階を分けて入る方式です。

住宅と分かれる右レーンの入口
阿知3-13-1にあり、入口は左がマンション居住者、右が市営利用者のレーンです。市営区画は1階から5MF階までで、それより上は住宅用です。車192台と二輪6台の合計198台、車椅子専用3台を備えます。予約はできず先着順です。買物や町歩きで使うときは、市営区画の階からエレベーターで移動できます。
車と二輪で異なる時間上限
車は30分100円、12時間最大830円を繰り返し適用します。二輪は60分100円、24時間最大300円を繰り返す設定です。車は長5m・幅1.9m・高2mまで。二輪は原付を含み、荷物を含め幅1m・長さ2.5m以下、側車付きは対象外です。同じ施設でも車と二輪で上限の時間と車格が異なります。
カード精算と番号認識での出庫
カード、交通系IC、楽天Edy、nanaco、WAONなどに対応し、PiTaPaとQRコード決済は使えません。事前精算後は出口機の前で一旦停止し、車番認識が正常なら駐車券を挿入せずゲートが開きます。読取りができない場合は券を使うため、出庫完了までは保持する方式です。回数券と専用プリペイドも利用できます。
二台の普通充電と減額の手続き
M5階の普通充電2台は24時間利用でき、受付簿へ記入します。充電自体は無料ですが駐車料は必要で、充電区画の事前予約はできません。対象手帳を持つ人が乗る車の50％減免は7～23時出庫に限り、精算前に管理事務所で駐車券と手帳等を提示します。充電の時間、買物や散策、料金精算を一つの行程にできます。

The right entrance lane for municipal users
At 3-13-1 Achi, the left entrance lane serves residents and the right serves municipal users. Municipal parking extends from floor 1 to 5MF; higher areas are residential. The total 198 spaces comprise 192 cars and six motorcycles, with three wheelchair-designated car spaces. Parking is first come without reservations; lifts serve the municipal floors.
Different caps for cars and motorcycles
Cars cost ¥100 per thirty minutes, with a repeating twelve-hour ¥830 cap. Motorcycles cost ¥100 per hour, with a repeating twenty-four-hour ¥300 cap. Car limits are L5 m/W1.9 m/H2 m. Motorcycle spaces include mopeds, maximum width 1 m and length 2.5 m including luggage, excluding sidecars. Vehicle categories have different cap periods and dimensions.
Card payment and number-recognition exit
Cards, transport IC, Rakuten Edy, nanaco and WAON are accepted; PiTaPa and QR payments are not. After advance payment, stop at the exit machine; successful number recognition opens the gate without inserting the ticket. Retain the ticket until exit in case recognition fails. Parking coupons and dedicated prepaid cards are also accepted.
Two standard chargers and reduction procedures
Two standard chargers on M5 operate around the clock after entering details in the register. Charging is free, parking is charged, and charging bays cannot be reserved. Eligible disability-certificate holders riding in the car qualify for 50% reduction on exits 07:00–23:00, presenting ticket and certificate at the office before payment. Combine charging with shopping or walks.
