新倉敷駅北交通広場自家用車整理場は、玉島爪崎の駅北側にある短時間利用の駐車場です。最初20分を無料とし、24時間入出庫できる12台の平面区画を設けています。鉄道と車をつなぐ集合や見送りに使い、玉島の町歩きや宿泊先へ移る前の立ち寄りを組み立てられます。

新倉敷駅の北側で待ち合わせる
所在地は玉島爪崎460-1です。新倉敷駅の北交通広場にあり、倉敷駅の駅東駐車場や児島駅前の整理場とは別の施設です。12台の区画を先着順で使い、予約は受け付けません。新幹線や在来線で到着する同行者と車で合流する際は、駅名と北側の位置を揃えて集合場所を決められます。
無料二十分後から一時間単位
入庫して最初20分は無料です。駐車時間の計算は入庫20分後から出庫までで、60分100円、60分未満の端数は60分に切り上げます。最大料金はありません。短い見送りと、列車の到着を待って長く停める場合では料金の見込みが変わります。車を置いて長時間出かけるときも、時間料金が積み上がる設定です。
地上のフラップ式と車高二・三メートル
地上1階のフラップ式で、空き区画へ入庫します。出庫時は精算機で支払い、フラップが下がったことを確認して車を動かします。普通・小型・軽自動車が対象で、荷物や取付物を含め長5m・幅1.9m・高2.3m以下です。車椅子専用1台を備え、EV充電設備はありません。地上で乗り降りする送迎の形に合わせられます。
精算方法と一回の利用期間
カード、交通系IC、電子マネー、QRコード、専用プリペイドカードは使えず、現金と回数駐車券に対応します。通常の1回の利用は入庫日から数えて7日目の深夜0時までで、場内での宿泊はできません。24時間営業と車内での宿泊は別の条件です。駅での集合を終えたら、玉島中央町や宿泊先へ車を移して次の行程へ進めます。

Meet on the north side of Shin-Kurashiki Station
At 460-1 Tamashima Tsumasaki, this is Shin-Kurashiki Station’s north forecourt, separate from Kurashiki’s Ekihigashi lot or Kojima’s forecourt. Twelve bays are first come without reservations. For joining friends arriving by Shinkansen or local train, agree on the station name and north-side meeting point.
Hourly billing after the first twenty minutes
The first twenty minutes after entry are free. Charged time runs from twenty minutes after arrival until exit, at ¥100 per sixty minutes, with partial hours rounded up. There is no cap. A brief drop-off and a longer wait for a train therefore produce different costs, and charges continue for longer trips away from the car.
Surface flap-lock bays and 2.3 m height limit
The surface lot uses flap locks. Enter an empty bay, pay at the machine before leaving and confirm the lock has lowered. Ordinary, compact and kei cars must fit L5 m/W1.9 m/H2.3 m including loads and attachments. One wheelchair-designated bay is provided; there is no EV charger. Ground-level bays support station pickup and drop-off arrangements.
Payment and the permitted single-stay period
Cards, transport IC, e-money, QR and dedicated prepaid cards are unavailable; cash and parking coupons are accepted. A normal stay is limited to 00:00 on the seventh day counted from arrival, and sleeping in the lot is prohibited. Round-the-clock access does not permit overnight sleeping. Continue to central Tamashima or accommodation after the station meeting.
