北城内の邸宅と散策の駐車場所
旧高取邸の所在地は北城内5-40で、市は普通車88台、大型車5台の駐車場を案内しています。見学時に利用する区画で、城の西側や北城内を歩く際の拠点にもなります。邸宅の開館時間は9時30分～17時、入館16時30分までで、駐車場の終日供用とは時間が異なります。
昼と夜に分かれる普通車料金
普通車・軽は6～22時、1時間以内100円、1時間超2時間以内300円、2時間超400円です。22～翌6時は300円の別区分。昼の区分を24時間全体の最大料金とせず、夜間にかかる行程は昼夜を分けて計画できます。1時間ごとに同額が増える材木町の料金方式とも異なります。
入館者の1時間無料を受ける
旧高取邸に入館する人は駐車券を受付に持参すると1時間無料です。1時間を超える場合は、実際の駐車時間から1時間を控除した時間に応じて計算する案内です。見学せず周辺を歩く利用を一律無料にする制度ではないため、入館料と駐車料金を分けて滞在費を組めます。
大型車の区分と邸宅の休館日
大型車とバスは6～22時、1時間以内400円、1～2時間900円、2時間超1,300円、夜22～翌6時は1,000円です。邸宅は月曜が休みで祝日なら翌日、通常12月29日～1月3日も休館ですが、駐車場は休館日規定の対象から除かれます。邸宅の見学を含む日は、入館受付に間に合う到着を予定できます。
唐津市内で組み合わせる訪問先
唐津市街では、旧高取邸や中町の店を町歩きに組み合わせられます。宿の食事時刻、飲食の定休日と夕方の予約条件、駐車場の昼夜の料金区分を合わせて訪問先を選べます。呼子・鎮西や浜玉・七山、相知・厳木へ足を延ばす日は、市街地の徒歩移動とは別に車やバスの移動時間を取れます。

Parking for the Kitajonai residence and walks
The residence at 5-40 Kitajonai is served by parking advertised by the city for 88 cars and five large vehicles. It also provides a base west of the castle. The house opens 9:30–17:00, last entry 16:30, which differs from the parking lot’s round-the-clock service.
Separate daytime and nighttime car tariffs
Cars/light cars pay ¥100 up to one hour, ¥300 over one and up to two, and ¥400 over two hours during 6:00–22:00. The 22:00–6:00 period has a separate ¥300 tariff. This is not one cap covering a full twenty-four hours, and differs from Zaimokucho’s continuing hourly increments.
Receiving the one-hour admission discount
Bring the parking ticket to the house’s reception when paying admission to receive one hour free. For longer stays, the published rule deducts one hour from actual parked time before calculating the fee. The discount is tied to admission, rather than making general neighbourhood parking free.
Large vehicles and house closing days
Large vehicles and buses cost ¥400 up to one hour, ¥900 over one–two, or ¥1,300 beyond two during 6:00–22:00; the nighttime tariff is ¥1,000. The house normally closes Mondays, the following day after holidays, and December 29–January 3; its closure rule excludes parking. Arrive within admission hours when visiting the residence.
Other stops to combine within Karatsu
In central Karatsu, combine the Former Takatori Residence with Nakamachi shops on foot. Coordinate hotel meals, restaurant closing days and evening booking requirements with daytime and nighttime parking tariffs. Trips to Yobuko/Chinzei, Hamatama/Nanayama or Ouchi/Kyuragi need additional driving or bus time beyond central walks.
