三交イン桑名駅前は、駅近くで宿泊と朝食を組み合わせるビジネスホテルです。シングル、ダブル、ツインなどを選べ、無料のまくらBARやアメニティBARがあります。2027年初めには全館改装休館と朝食サービスの改定が予定され、旅行日によって利用条件が変わります。

12㎡の部屋とツイン、添い寝の条件

シングル・セミダブルは12㎡・幅123cmのベッド1台、スタンダード・ダブルは12㎡・幅140cmのベッド1台です。ツインは24㎡・幅123cmのベッド2台で、24㎡のユニバーサルルームもあります。客室は禁煙・喫煙を選ぶ区分があり、一部は浴槽なしのシャワーブースです。未就学児の添い寝はベッド1台につき1名まで無料。通常15時チェックイン・10時チェックアウトです。

現在の無料朝食と2027年2月の有料化

朝食ラウンジは6時30分～10時、最終入店9時30分で、和洋ビュッフェを現在無料で提供しています。カレーや季節の炊き込みご飯などがあり、料理は一例です。改装後は2027年2月18日朝の提供分から有料朝食へ移行する予定です。現在の無料サービスを改装後の宿泊へそのまま当てはめず、旅行日に合う朝食付き又は素泊まりの条件で予約できます。

1月4日朝から2月17日午後の改装休館

全館設備点検と改修のため、2027年1月4日10時～2月17日15時の休館を予定しています。1月4日は最終チェックアウト日、2月17日から宿泊再開予定です。期間中は館内と敷地内への立ち入りを制限し、宿泊営業を休止します。再開後もロビーや一部客室の改修を継続する予定です。休館期間をまたぐ長期滞在や、再開直後の宿泊はこの予定に沿って組めます。

駅東口2分と先着順の無料駐車

所在地は寿町2丁目31-1です。桑名駅東口から徒歩約2分、桑名IC・湾岸桑名ICから車約10分の案内。敷地内の無料Pは33台、先着順で事前予約できず、大型車は駐車できません。満車の場合は近隣有料Pを自己負担で利用します。フロントは24時間対応で門限はなく、到着予定時刻を過ぎる場合は連絡が必要です。

桑名市の観光・食事と滞在を組み合わせる

展示見学と赤須賀の蛤料理を組み合わせ、駅東口へ戻って泊まれます。ホテルPは先着33台、シティホールPは一般の有料駐車場です。はまかぜは昼のみなので、13時のLOを軸に市内の移動を組めます。

12m² rooms, twins and bed-sharing conditions

Single/semi-double rooms provide 12m² with one 123cm bed; standard/double rooms provide 12m² with one 140cm bed. Twins have 24m² and two 123cm beds, with a 24m² universal room also available. Smoking and nonsmoking categories differ, and some rooms have shower booths without tubs. One preschool child may share each existing bed free. Usual check-in is 15:00 and checkout 10:00.

Current free breakfast and the February 2027 change

The breakfast lounge opens 6:30–10:00, final entry 9:30, with a currently complimentary Japanese-Western buffet. Curry and seasonal mixed rice are menu examples. Following renovation, paid breakfast is planned from the morning of February 18, 2027. Choose meal-inclusive or room-only conditions for the actual travel date rather than extending today’s free service to post-renovation stays.

Renovation from January 4 morning to February 17 afternoon

Full equipment inspection and renovation are scheduled to close the hotel January 4, 2027 at 10:00–February 17 at 15:00. January 4 is the final checkout date, with stays planned to resume February 17. Access to the building and grounds is restricted during closure and overnight operations stop. Some lobby and room works are expected to continue after reopening. Account for these plans when arranging extended or post-renovation stays.

Two minutes from the east exit and first-come parking

The address is 2-31-1 Kotobukicho, about two minutes from Kuwana Station’s east exit or ten minutes by car from either Kuwana or Wangan-Kuwana IC. The thirty-three free on-site spaces are first come, without reservations, and do not accept large vehicles. Overflow parking nearby is at the guest’s expense. Reception is staffed twenty-four hours without a curfew; notify the hotel if arriving after the planned time.

Combine Kuwana visits, dining and a stay

Combine exhibits with Akasuka clam dishes and return to the station’s east side overnight. Hotel parking has thirty-three first-come spaces; City Hall parking is separately paid. Plan city travel around lunch-only Hamakaze’s 13:00 last orders.
