自動車191台分のある市営駐車場で、日本パーキングが指定管理を担当しています。長岡駅前の自動車整理場や大手通り地下駐車場とは別施設です。市街地で買い物や食事、記念館を組み合わせる際に、城内町3丁目893-32の所在地で探せます。営業時間は6～24時で、年中無休ですが年末年始は時刻が変わる場合があります。
30分100円、上限は入庫後24時間
一時駐車は30分までごとに100円、入庫後24時間までの最大料金は1,000円です。日付の変わる24時で区切る制度ではなく、入庫からの24時間が対象です。月極は月15,000円の設定がありますが、現在は満車で募集していません。日中の訪問か泊まりを含む滞在かに合わせて、出庫できる時間と最大料金の対象時間を考えられます。
車の大きさとバイクの利用条件
車は長さ5m・幅1.9m・高さ2.2m以下です。中大型バイクは4台分で、125～750ccのうち一部車種に対応し、利用前に管理事務所で確認する方式です。バイク料金は1日500円、最大7日間まで。すべての二輪車を受け入れる駐車場ではないため、車両区分と大きさが合う場合に利用できます。
回数券と共通駐車券を使う手順
回数券は3,000円で3,300円分、1,000円で1,100円分の磁気式を事務室で扱い、大手口・大手通り地下・表町の市営3駐車場で共通利用できます。長岡市商店街連合会の長岡市共通駐車券も使えますが、出庫前に磁気カードへ交換します。城内町3丁目のこの駐車場を利用する際は、手持ちの券の種類に合わせて交換と精算の時間を取れます。
長岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
市街地では河井継之助記念館、ホテル法華クラブ、CoCoLoの長岡釜蔵総本店を組み合わせられます。この市営駐車場の上限は入庫後24時間で、CoCoLo提携NPCの当日24時までの上限やホテル料金とは異なります。6～24時の入出場に合わせて、別料金の食事・宿泊を選べます。
Nagaoka Municipal Oteguchi Parking is in Jonaimachi 3-chome on the station’s west side. It provides 191 car spaces and a small number of motorcycle spaces subject to restrictions. Its thirty-minute tariff and first-24-hour cap suit different city-centre visits. It is separate from the pickup and drop-off parking in the station forecourt.

Municipal parking in Jonaimachi 3-chome
The municipal lot has 191 car spaces and is managed by Nippon Parking under the city’s designated management arrangement. It is separate from the station forecourt vehicle area and Otedori Underground Parking. Use the address 3-chome 893-32 Jonaimachi when locating it for city-centre shops, meals and museums. Hours are 6:00–24:00 daily, with possible year-end changes.
¥100 per thirty minutes, with a cap measured from entry
Temporary parking costs ¥100 per started thirty minutes, capped at ¥1,000 for up to 24 hours after entry. This window is measured from arrival rather than ending at calendar-day midnight. Monthly parking is listed at ¥15,000 but is currently full and not accepting applications. Match the exit hours and capped period to a daytime or overnight visit.
Car dimensions and motorcycle conditions
Cars must fit within 5 m in length, 1.9 m in width and 2.2 m in height. Four motorcycle spaces accept selected vehicles in the 125–750 cc range, checked with the management office before use. Motorcycle parking is ¥500 per day for up to seven days. Eligibility depends on the vehicle category and dimensions.
Prepaid tickets and local parking vouchers
The office sells magnetic prepaid tickets worth ¥3,300 for ¥3,000 or ¥1,100 for ¥1,000, valid at the municipal Oteguchi, Otedori Underground and Omotemachi lots. Nagaoka shopping-street federation common parking vouchers are also accepted after exchange for a magnetic card before departure. Allow time for the relevant exchange and payment process.
Other stops to combine within Nagaoka
Combine Kawai Tsuginosuke Memorial Museum, Hotel Hokke Club and Kamazo in the city centre. This municipal cap runs for 24 hours after entry, differing from CoCoLo partner NPC calendar-day caps and hotel rates. Plan meals and accommodation separately around the lot’s 6:00–24:00 access.
