NPC24H長岡大手駐車場は、長岡駅西側の大手通にある時間貸し駐車場です。旧CoCoLo長岡大手駐車場として知られる同じ場所で、駅ビルの買い物や食事の提携先です。当日24時までの最大料金と、館内で認証する買い上げ割引を分けて利用できます。

旧CoCoLo大手駐車場と同じ場所
大手通1-1-1にある平置きの時間貸し駐車場で、収容は99台です。名称変更前のCoCoLo長岡大手駐車場と別施設として数えるものではありません。長岡駅西側の駅ビルや大手通方面の訪問に使え、地図ではNPC長岡大手の名称と所在地で探せます。市営大手口駐車場や大手通り地下駐車場とは場所も料金も異なります。
30分250円と日付で区切る上限
通常は30分250円で、1日分の最大料金は3,250円、対象は当日24時までです。入庫から24時間の料金ではないため、日付をまたぐと次の日の料金が加わります。新幹線の遅れ等で出庫が翌日になる場合も増額されます。短時間の買い物と、列車で遠出する駐車では、予定する帰着時刻を上限の区切りに合わせて考えられます。
車高2.1mと支払いの選択
車高制限は2.1mで、バイク・原付は駐車できません。精算は現金、Suica、クレジットカード、対応する二次元コード等のキャッシュレス決済が使えます。以前の駐車サービス券は2024年3月末に、新幹線利用割引は2025年6月29日出庫分で終了しています。現行の通常料金やCoCoLoの買い上げ制度で利用できます。
CoCoLoの買い物割引は館内で認証
CoCoLoでは合算可能な買い上げ1,000円以上で1時間、3,000円以上で2時間無料となり、JRE POINT会員は会計時にカード又はアプリ提示でさらに1時間の制度があります。割引用コードのあるレシートと駐車券を館内認証機へ通し、出庫前に処理します。入庫前のレシートは対象外で、出口では認証できません。駐車場へ戻る前に駅ビル内で手続きを済ませられます。
長岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
駅西側を拠点に河井継之助記念館、ホテル法華クラブ、長岡釜蔵総本店を組み合わせられます。館内の買い上げ認証とホテルから案内する駐車制度は別で、駐車場の通常上限は当日24時までです。記念館の入館終了16時30分を先に押さえ、駅ビルでの食事へ回れます。
NPC24H Nagaoka Ote is hourly parking on Otedori, west of the station. It is the same premises formerly called CoCoLo Nagaoka Ote Parking and partners with the station building’s shops and restaurants. Its calendar-day cap and indoor purchase-discount validation are separate arrangements.

The former CoCoLo Ote parking premises
The ground-level hourly lot at 1-1-1 Otedori holds ninety-nine cars. It is the renamed CoCoLo Nagaoka Ote lot, serving the west side of the station and Otedori. Locate it using its NPC Nagaoka Ote name and address. Municipal Oteguchi Parking and Otedori Underground Parking are separate facilities with different tariffs.
Thirty-minute pricing and a midnight cutoff
The standard charge is ¥250 per thirty minutes, capped at ¥3,250 for the calendar day ending at midnight. It is not a 24-hour period measured from entry; charges for the next day apply after midnight. A delayed train that shifts departure into the next day may therefore increase the bill. Consider the expected return time when comparing short shopping visits with rail trips.
A 2.1 m height limit and payment methods
Vehicles must be no taller than 2.1 m; motorcycles and mopeds are excluded. Payment accepts cash, Suica, credit cards and supported code-based cashless methods. The former parking service tickets ended in March 2024 and the shinkansen-use discount ended with departures on June 29, 2025. Current standard tariffs and CoCoLo purchase validation apply instead.
Validate CoCoLo purchase discounts indoors
CoCoLo offers one free hour for combined purchases of at least ¥1,000 or two for ¥3,000, with a further hour for JRE POINT members who present the card or app when paying. Use the discount-code receipt and parking ticket at an indoor validation machine before departure. Receipts issued before parking are excluded, and validation cannot be performed at the lot exit.
Other stops to combine within Nagaoka
Use the station’s west side for Kawai Tsuginosuke Memorial Museum, Hotel Hokke Club and Kamazo. CoCoLo purchase validation and hotel-arranged parking are separate from the standard calendar-day cap. Reach the museum before 16:30 admission ends, then return to the station building for food.
