アオーレ長岡駐車場は、市役所の窓口やアリーナなどを利用する人のための地下駐車場です。103台分を備え、行政手続きとイベント来場では料金の扱いが異なります。周辺観光だけの一般駐車場としてではなく、アオーレの利用内容と一緒に選べる施設です。

アリーナや窓口を利用する人の地下駐車場
アオーレ長岡の地下に103台分あり、うち7台分は身体障害者用です。行政手続きやイベントなど、アオーレを利用する人が対象で、施設を利用しない人は駐車できません。開場は7時、出庫は23時までで、館内の各施設やイベントの終了時間とは別です。来場目的と車へ戻る時刻を合わせて利用できます。
30分100円、現金のみで上限なし
有料の場合は30分100円で、1日の料金に上限はありません。精算は現金のみで、クレジットカードや電子マネーは使えません。長さ5.5m、幅2.5m、高さ2.1mを超える車両は利用できず、普通・小型・軽自動車が対象です。オートバイと原付は受け入れません。長い催しに参加する場合は、滞在時間に応じた料金で考えられます。
行政手続きとイベントで異なる無料処理
届け出や証明書申請、相談などの行政手続きにかかった時間分は、各課の窓口で駐車券を提示し無料処理を受けます。子育ての駅ちびっこ広場は1時間のみ無料です。アリーナ・市民交流ホール・シアター・ナカドマの利用、サークルや講座への参加などは有料。アオーレを利用すれば一律無料になる制度ではありません。
大手通1丁目と駅からの通路閉鎖
所在地は大手通1-4-10です。長岡ICから車約20分、中之島見附ICから約30分。長岡駅からは徒歩約3分の案内ですが、2026年8月4日～2028年3月末予定で、隣接建物の工事に伴い3階へ直結する通路が閉鎖されています。大手スカイデッキ内の地上へ降りる階段・エレベーターは使え、地上から施設へ入れます。
長岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
アオーレ利用後に河井継之助記念館や長岡釜蔵総本店を訪ね、ルートイン長岡駅前へ泊まる行程を組めます。この駐車場はアオーレ利用者向けで、関連施設の一般観光やホテルの宿泊用駐車場ではありません。別行程へ移る際は、各施設の駐車条件と駅からの地上経由の動線を選べます。

Basement parking for arena and municipal-counter users
The basement has 103 spaces, including seven accessible bays. It serves administrative visits, events and other uses of Aore; people not using the facility may not park. The parking window is 7:00–23:00, separate from individual facility and event hours. Match the visit’s purpose and finishing time to the parking conditions.
¥100 per thirty minutes, cash only and no cap
Paid visits cost ¥100 per thirty minutes with no daily maximum. Payment is cash only, excluding cards and e-money. Cars must fit within 5.5 m in length, 2.5 m in width and 2.1 m in height. Eligible vehicles are standard, small and kei cars; motorcycles and mopeds are excluded. Longer events accrue charges according to time parked.
Administrative validation differs from event parking
For notifications, certificate applications and other administrative consultations, present the parking ticket at the relevant counter for validation covering the processing time. Chibikko Hiroba receives only one free hour. Arena, civic hall, theatre and Nakadoma visits, and participation in clubs or classes, are paid. A visit to Aore does not automatically make parking free.
Otedori and the closed third-floor station connection
The address is 1-4-10 Otedori, around twenty minutes by car from Nagaoka Interchange or thirty from Nakanoshima-mitsuke. The station is listed as about three minutes on foot, but the direct third-floor connection is closed for neighbouring construction from August 4, 2026 until late March 2028 as scheduled. Skydeck stairs and lifts to street level remain available for ground-level access.
Other stops to combine within Nagaoka
After an Aore visit, combine Kawai Tsuginosuke Memorial Museum, Kamazo and Route-Inn Nagaoka Ekimae. This parking serves Aore users rather than unrelated sightseeing or hotel stays. For a separate visit, use the relevant facility’s parking arrangements and the current street-level station route.
