那覇市役所本庁舎駐車場は、泉崎の市庁舎にある24時間運営の地下駐車場です。平日の開庁時間8～18時は窓口利用者専用で、それ以外の時間に一般利用できます。夜間と土日祝にはそれぞれ時間枠の異なる最大料金があり、リウボウの優待は土日祝に限られます。

平日昼と一般利用の時間を分ける

駐車場は市の行政財産を民間事業者へ貸し付けて管理運営する施設で、運営事業者は日本パーキング（NPC）です。所在地は泉崎1丁目1番1号の市役所本庁舎です。

平日8～18時は市役所窓口利用者専用で、その他の時間は一般利用が可能です。庁舎へ入れるのは8時15分からで、駐車場の24時間運営とは時間が異なります。

窓口利用時の料金と免除

平日8～18時は最初の60分100円、以後30分ごと300円で、最大料金はありません。市の責任で対応・処理が60分を超えた場合は、60分以降の料金が免除されます。

窓口を利用した障がいのある方と介護者、予防接種・乳幼児健診等は全額免除の対象です。免除手続きは利用窓口で行い、銀行や売店だけの利用は免除対象外です。

夜間500円と土日祝の当日1,200円

平日18～翌8時は30分200円、夜間最大500円です。土曜・日曜・祝日も通常料金は30分200円で、当日最大1,200円は24時に切り替わります。

土日祝にも18～翌8時の夜間最大500円が案内されています。当日上限は入庫から24時間の上限とは異なり、夜間上限は18～翌8時という時間帯の条件です。

リウボウ優待は土日祝のみ

デパートリウボウの指定駐車場優待は、この駐車場では土日祝祭日限定です。3,300円（税込）以上で1時間、5,500円（税込）以上で2時間の無料駐車券が発行され、消費税8％の場合の基準はそれぞれ3,240円・5,400円です。

駐車優待券は購入した各フロアの売場で発行され、一部対象外店舗があります。市役所本庁舎駐車場の優待受付は21時30分までで、パレットくもじ専門店は店ごとに発行条件が異なります。

車高と短時間の乗降

地下駐車場の高さ制限は2.1mです。

高齢者や障がいのある方などの雨天時の乗降に使えるよう、15分以内は料金がかからないと案内されています。通常の窓口利用については、前述の時間料金と免除条件が設定されています。

事前精算機と二輪の駐輪場所

事前精算機は1階の警備室側出入口と、地下1・2階の中央エレベーターホールの計3か所です。1階の機械は高額紙幣対応と案内されています。

バイク等の二輪車と自転車の駐輪場は無料です。バイク用は1階と地下1階、自転車用は1階にあり、自動車の有料地下駐車とは別の区画です。

Naha City Hall Main Building Parking is a 24-hour underground facility in Izumizaki. Weekdays 08:00–18:00 are reserved for visitors using city counters, with general parking outside those hours. Different access rules for weekday days

The car park is city-owned administrative property leased to a private operator, Nippon Parking (NPC). It is at the City Hall main building, 1-1-1 Izumizaki.

Weekdays 08:00–18:00 are for city-counter users only; general parking is available at other times. Entry to the City Hall building starts at 08:15, distinct from the car park’s 24-hour operation.

Counter-visit charges and exemptions

During weekdays 08:00–18:00, the first 60 minutes costs ¥100, followed by ¥300 per 30 minutes, with no cap. If processing takes over 60 minutes for reasons attributable to the city, charges after 60 minutes are waived.

Full exemptions include disabled visitors and their carers when using city counters, and visits for vaccinations or infant health checks. Apply at the counter used; visits only to the bank or shops do not qualify.

¥500 nights and ¥1,200 weekend/holiday days

Weekdays 18:00–08:00 cost ¥200 per 30 minutes, capped at ¥500 for the night. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays also cost ¥200 per 30 minutes, with a ¥1,200 calendar-day cap that resets at midnight.

The 18:00–08:00 night cap of ¥500 is also listed for weekends and public holidays. The calendar-day cap is distinct from a rolling 24-hour cap, while the night cap is tied to its stated 18:00–08:00 window.

Ryubo shopping validation at weekends and holidays

Ryubo’s designated-parking benefit applies here only on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Purchases of at least ¥3,300 including tax receive a one-hour ticket, or ¥5,500 a two-hour ticket; for purchases taxed at 8%, the thresholds are ¥3,240 and ¥5,400.

Validation tickets are issued at the sales counter on the floor of purchase, with some shops excluded. Validation at the City Hall car park is accepted until 21:30. Palette Kumoji specialty shops have their own issuing conditions.

Height and short pick-up or drop-off stops

The underground car park has a height limit of 2.1 m.

The city lists no charge for stays within 15 minutes to support rainy-day pick-ups and drop-offs for older people, disabled visitors and others. Ordinary counter visits follow the hourly charges and exemption conditions described above.

Prepayment machines and two-wheel parking

Three prepayment machines are provided: at the ground-floor entrance by the security office, and in the central lift halls on basements 1 and 2. The ground-floor machine is listed as accepting high-denomination banknotes.

Motorcycle and bicycle parking is free. Motorcycle areas are on the ground floor and basement 1, while bicycle parking is on the ground floor, separate from paid underground car spaces.
